Verdei manages three rental properties for my family and they are professional, responsive, and knowledgeable.  I feel confident they have all our best interests in mind at all times while ensuring that they are also doing the right thing for our tenants. Our tenants have also reported a high degree of satisfaction with the services they receive. Verdei arranges property services with quality vendors and works for the best balance between pricing, quality, and prompt resolution and I always feel good about repairs they manage. Infinitely worth the small percentage fee they collect monthly. We've been doing business with them for almost three years now.

Verdei Properties does a good job on managing my rental properties.

I've recently been purchasing homes to rent out to get some monthly cash flow. One of my biggest complaints about previous management companies has been their unprofessional and unorganized nature. In fact quite a few of them in the past even went out of business. I realized that finding a management business that offered low monthly management fees or other money gimmicks wasn't working.
So I asked around and was recommended Verdei Properties due to their personal and professional focus. They are somewhat new on the scene but after some research and conversations, I realized they were ahead of the curve compared to most I've encountered because they were almost entirely paperless / electronic in all their services ie ACH and online payments and even though they preferred electronic communication for documentation purposes, they were always a phone call away if I wanted a more personal touch. Even when they were busy, if I just left a quick voice-mail, they would return my call very quickly.
I've been with them several months now, had zero issues and great management. The owner's name is Eric and he's been a great help managing my homes so I can focus on other important things. If you're looking for a property management service, I highly recommend Verdei Properties.
-- Just a quick note. I found out they do not offer management services for affordable housing or to homes that are not well maintained. If you're properties take in rent above $1000 a month at least, they will discuss managing them, but very rarely do they work with properties that rent for less.
