Hello, I have used this company on a small townhome I have in uptown Dallas. As everyone knows, townhomes have a very small yard. Small strip in front and small contemporary back yard. Sometimes they pull weeds which I also offered them about $10-15 dollars extra to do which their foreman and George agreed on. We had agreed on a price of $40-45 dollars. According to their regulations, the first month is charged by a credit card, and the remaining months are statements mailed to my house. Since last year, I have never received a statement and I have had unauthorized charges from anywhere from $90-129 dollars on my credit card. Two weeks ago, they didn't even have to mow but one tiny strip on my lawn and a small amount of curbside weeds because grass has not start to grow as of yet in the backyard, and I told them that, and they charged me $90. I called them and her excuse was that they charge more because it is the first lawn of the season lol, which is just a pathetic excuse. I mean who does that? So, I looked at all of my unauthorized credit card charges from last year (during season) and they were even more than that. I have issued a credit card dispute with full evidence of my statements, agreements, and have asked 8 different companies to send me bids on my lawn. They were all in the $33-44 range. George who works there knows that I have had bad luck with his crew coming and not getting the job done correctly. He is polite and kind, and has sent them back on multiple occasions to get things fixed, and still I give them second and third chances. And he knows exactly what to charge me. But, it seems he doesn't want to interfere either now and is hiding behind management. Now, charging me over a $90-100 dollars all last month is just another lie. This is only the second review that I have ever done, and hopefully the last one. Under no circumstance will I ever use them again, and I have taken credit card dispute actions going forward. Bear in mind, I again have called Home Advisor to send me bids from multiple competitors and they all have $35-45, and were shocked about the amount this company has been charging for such a tiny lawn. I have also explained the problem with Home Advisor and reported theml to their customer resolutions team. For them to charge me this without my knowledge is highway robbery. By the way, the front office have never called me back since I've used the service. And two weeks ago, their excuse was that they would charge me $90 (instead of $45) just because it was the first mow of the season. Who does that? Do I control the winter weather? Going back from months before, my credit card company found out that I have been charged different amounts on recurring charges since last year without my knowledge, all over $90-100 (please remember, I only get charged $45). They claim that it takes an hour to mow, which is ridiculous because I have been there while they do it before. They claim they have GPS on their truc
