Jim Bob Garner was professional, on time, and did excellent work. Small accident occurred to Formica . Jim Bob made 2 call backs to polish out the swirl marks. Tile and Formica look great.

Color was way off the originally agreed upon. Says this is what I agreed and the color is different when dried. Did not complete tile replacement.

Called for a quote; days later, I received a call and the caller quote $875.00 to caulk/grout my tub and shower area. He encouraged me to NOT use their services and literally talked me out of going with this company. Additionally, told me that there was a minimum charge of $425.00 per trip. I couldn't believe those prices and told him I'd do it myself for that kind of money. Imagine $875.00 for 5 beads of calking or grout that would take a professional less than two hours to do the job from start to finish. I will hire a local handyman who had integrity over this company anyday!!!! This was my first experience with Angie's List and BOY, was it a bad one.

The Grout Doctor and Bazillian provided skilled service, including repairing damaged marble caused by some corrosive materials that put a 4" stain in marble. They came in our home, informed us what would be done, went to work with experienced people, cleaned up and shined all surfaces. We had them return to do extra work, which they did quite well. When they finished after about 2.5 days working, we told them we were happy to give them a good review here on Angie's List. They were very nice, interesting, conversive and efficient.

They were on time and cleaned their mess up before they left.

They were everything they said they were.

Spoke to Chad by phone to set up estimate, which was a one-hour window. He was on time to give estimate and scheduled service the following week. He and Pete (technician) showed up on time on the scheduled day. Pete did the work by hand in about 2 hours. Area covered was 130 sf. The price is approx. $3/sf. The grout looks MUCH better! They left some of the grout stain for future touch-ups. I was very pleased with the service, and both were very nice. The price was on the high side, in my opinion.

He did a good job. The quality of work he did was good and he was responsive. I rate him high.

OVERALL, QUALITY OF WORK WAS VERY GOOD. WORK WAS COMPLETED IN 4 HOURS. THEY WERE PROMPT IN RETURNING CALLS.

I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK. THEY DID NOT CLEAN THE GROUT BEFORE THEY SEALED IT.

CHAD WAS VERY NICE AND POLITE.
