The kitchen designer, Luisa and project manger, Steve came to my house and took very exacting measurements of my kitchen. I was really impressed by their attention to detail, Luisa and I discussed what I wanted in a new kitchen, look, functionality, etc. She was very practical in her approach to material selection, Will it be easy to clean? How will it hold up over time? Things I might not have thought of otherwise. It was a pleasure to work with her as she and I had very similar taste. She was also very conscious of my budget. Steve kept me informed during every step of the remodel process and was a great problem solver. I always knew the who, when and why of everyone who came into my home. I would definitely reccommend them, but unfortunately, Sears had decided to close all of their stores.

They are affiliated with a known store. I can tell that we get a same kind of confidence because of the fact that they will stand behind their product that we get from the store. They have gotten every appliance in the store. The experience went very well. The guy waited on me, when I first went in to look and his name was Joe. I really liked him. He was a good guy, so when I went back I went looking for Joe. He was there and he helped me with all the stuff I wanted to buy. He took me this way and that way based on what he saw I wanted from our conversation. He did a really good job. One of the reasons why we will buy from place like that is because they have the guarantee, like a known store gives us along with the service guarantee. I was comfortable spending that much money in one place. I was perfectly capable of ordering that stuff online, which I do most of the time; but these are things that they are going to be used up for a very long time. I didn't want to mess up. He was honest with me.

After the $100.00 installation inspection, they kept sending pieces of paper to be signed and faxed back. I didn't want to keep driving back down there. It took weeks to get the paperwork done and more weeks to get the appliance in. I finally had to call to inquire about installation and no one knew why my oven had not been delivered and installed. It took another week after that to get it. Bad experience.
