if you want bad communication, average work(fence only), do not ask me about arbor building, this would drive the rating below zero, then this is the company to pick. we are going on our 3rd month of work and still have not gotten the arbor work done correctly.

The owner has his masters in structural engineering, Building a solid structure that will last a long time is what he is all about. I gave them a set budget, and they designed a nice, solid cedar deck that cane in UNDER budget!

Global arrived exactly when they were expected, removed and recycled old fence/debris and built new fence in 3 days. Great gates! Crew was very efficient. Price was very, very good for the high quality cedar fence/poles installed. Crew will return to stain in a few weeks. Highly recommend.

1X6 over 1X6 RWC replacement

Very poor communication. Unprofessional in this regard. Did not give project start date so that I could secure my dog in the house. Tore the fence down while my wife and I were at work. Gog got loose. Did not receive a phone call to alert me that this had occured. When questioned as to why I did not get project start date even though I had asked for thiis on several occasions. What I got for response was finger pointing between sales person and home office as to why this did not happen. Very unprofessional way to run a business. Beware of Sunnyvale Fence Company and Global Fence. Sunnyvale is owned by Global fence. No I would not recommend this firm.

The crew that installed the fence did a fine job. My problem with the company is the support structure behind the crew is lacking. Supplies provided the working crew were short , thus causing delays in completion. Repeated calls to their office were required and several delays resulted. Not a great way to run a business.

Global Fence co did a great job with replacing my rotten fence. I had some slow communication but eventually we worked that out and I was well pleased with the friendliness of the crew and the quickness in which they worked. The foreman of the job was very pleasent and explained one snag in the project and was very professional in his demeanor. Thank you Brad, Mark and Gary for your great work! Great quality, service and value. Couldn,t recommend them higher!

I cannot give this company any star ratings. He quoted me a price then after he got started said he measured wrong on one side of fence and it will cost $600 more. He was suppose to attach a gas line to the back of fence like it was on old fence and apparently was not there when they set the post and the pipe was attached to the front of fence just awful and unprofessional. I had to pay a plumber $500 to attach it to the back the right way. He immmediately put a lien on my house because I told him I could not pay him the total. He was also suppose to put a top on the fence and didn't do that either. now just a jagged edge along the top.

Everything was pretty well done. I didn't like the crew splicing the 2x4 runners which I caught them doing once and found one more later. Also they cut my sprinkler system power line which cost me $75 to repair. There was also an unusual situation with a storm drain line right below the existing corner post. I believe the crew would not have come up with a satisfactory solution without Spenser and myself intervening.

It was a good experience

The quality of the work is fantastic. The guys who built the fence were very fast and did a great job. The only issue I had with Global Fence was the administration side of the house. They told me they would start on Monday but nobody showed up. Which would not be a big deal if they had just called me to let me know. I called them and left 2 voicemail messages over the next 2 days and never got a call back. It wasn't until I called them a third time and got a live person that I finally got an answer to when they might show up.
