Initially it was good, then one of the workers could not replace three of the balances which helps to open and close windows. He was going to talk to his boss and get his help. We also had a window frame break and could not afford a whole new window, I requested they try to glue it with silicon glue. I was told by the worker that he would talk to his boss. I called three or four times trying to get them to come back and they never returned my calls or came back. Three of my windows that did not get the balances do not open and I paid them to replace the balances. The broken window, even if the silicon glue did not hold I would have appreciated their effort. Instead, I received zero returned calls and they believe when I paid for the Glass Truck to replace my balances that it was ok to not finish the job.
