I struggled with issues involving my USB Camera and USB Headphones for over two months and was unable to make any progress in resolving them. William made two trips to my house for this computer repair. On the 1st trip, he got my two issues resolved in less than an hour. The 2nd trip was because I elected to have a new USB board with 6 ports installed. William returned the following day to install and configure it in well in less than an hour. Wish I had made contact with him much sooner. I
