Residential Housecleaning. The Cleaning Authority has been providing house cleaning services to this area for over twenty-two years. Service is available on a WEEKLY or EVERY-OTHER-WEEK basis. With a customer complaint rate of less than one percent. When they do miss something they will return the next business day to make it right. Their cleaners are well screened and well trained. They clean hundreds of houses every week. Some of their local customers have been with them for over twenty years. They take Mastercard, Visa and Discover cards.

They may say that I was to call if I wasn't satisfied with the cleaning service provided BUT as a busy working mom with a gigantic list of things to do I simply didn't have the time to call then reschedule another day for them to come back and so on and so forth. I want a service who just does what they are supposed to do!
cleaning, we already had a service that we liked but the schedule was
not working so were looking to explore other options. They were
supposed to come for a estimate on Sat 8/3/13 and call me Fri 8/2/13 to
give a window. No one called on Friday so I let it go and rushed around
to be home Sat on what time my large window of time was and then called
them to find out what time they would be there, and I wasn't on their
schedule. I was upset at first but the girl seemed nice on the phone
and informed me someone would call me back that day. I never got a call
for 3 days and finally on Tue 8/6/13 I call to complain, at this point I
already knew I wouldn't go with them but I wanted to inform the
Management about the unprofessional actions of not showing up or calling
back. When you call you speak to a call center who then relays your
message to a local team. Someone called me back finally and again had
no answers and wasn't very sincere. I would absolutely never use them
or trust them in my house due to their unprofessional nature.

A few times we had visits that were scheduled around lunch but were delayed until late that afternoon. Sometimes we noticed that areas or places had been overlooked (dusting). I don't recall that any major item was ever overlooked (toilets, baths/showers, kitchen, floors).
We are cleaning our own home now and that is our reason for saying we would not use them again.
At that point the lady providing the estimate informed me that she would need a house key and a credit card before they could schedule anything. I thought this was strange, but ok, I'm willing to provide a credit card for charges. The house key, however, was an issue. My husband works from home, so he would always be home when they were here. Also, we have a dog. Neither of us were comfortable with the idea of a stranger coming into our house without us here. If they would show up early and my husband happened to be out running errands, they would come in and start early. Neither of use were comfortable with that, not with a dog in the house.
They were completely unwilling to budge on this policy. I understand not wanting to be burned by people saying they'll be home and not being there, but there are other ways to handle this... a penalty charge maybe? I really wish they would have told me this was a policy BEFORE wasting my time and theirs with an in-home estimate.
