Brian completed an ad-hoc, informal inspection for my house. His advice during the inspection was invaluable and helped me prepare to put my house up-for-sale. I have a 25 year-old single story house in Frisco. So there are many things that could fail an inspection. Brian arrived in the morning exactly on-time. Since this was an informal inspection he walked the entire property with me. Thus included all rooms, kitchen, bathrooms, the perimeter of property, pool equipment, roof, attic and brick work over front door. At each area that would fail an inspection he explained why it would fail the inspection and suggested how to fix the problem. In some areas we discussed the minimum improvements I would need to do to pass. Since I’m selling I’m looking for any cost cutting area as possible. So all the advice really helped save me money and prioritize mandatory fixes versus nice-to-have suggestions from my realtor. I highly suggest the inspection and advice that I got from Brian.
