The person in charge is angry and has no idea how to answer customers, a simple request turned into making me curious why he is so defensive rather than provide what I asked. A detailed invoice, not too much to ask from any business. I paid almost $700 for a new pool timer replacement and later saw that the invoice only said Service Replaced timer but there was no information about the product, I mentioned to our pool cleaner it had to be replaced and what it cost, he said you might want to look into it, it looks like the same unit, rust and all still on it, make sure you weren't taken. I have cameras in my back yard and drive way so I viewed the tapes and the man was there for 32 minutes, I saw him take tools back but never a part, not saying he didn't since at time the view is not direct but all I did was explain to Blue Lagoons I would like a detailed invoice including model and serial number. I received back a screen shot of the cost chart. I replied again and said I was looking for model and serial number, In the past small parts from reputable companies will leave the old or ask you if you want them to take it away. I was shocked by his email back which was basically a tirade and scolding me for being a customer asking for anything. Here is what I got back, word for word. By the way I never said anything about Amazon but the defensiveness from someone in a customer service business was unbelievable. Sorry I was a customer, I won't let that happen again. Reply from Jason: No our invoices don't include any serial numbers or model numbers because any parts that come with warranty we register those items with the manufacturer for our customers so they don't have to. But we can get you the model number. Also we never ever leave old parts on the job site, most customers see them as trash and want them removed so the only time we leave them on site is if a customer requests. You mentioned your current cleaning company saying "you had been taken" from us, we didn't make you get these parts replaced with us and you where informed before hand of the costs of the job. If you current weekly service company is so knowledgable and less expensive then us then when didn't you just have them do the repair for you, again we didn't make anyone do anything they didn't want to do and I REALLY don't appreciate anyone talking ill of our company...this alone shows the character of your weekly pool technician. Also you told us you had a problem with a possible warranty issue and rather than getting you in contact with the manufacturer for a service call (which normally takes 2 weeks) we went ahead a scheduled you on the spot for free to see if we could get that back up and running for you. That alone is something no other pool company in the DFW could have or would have done for you. Just a little food for thought. We'll get the information over you requested when we have access to it, but your timer clock has already been registered for you. Also those parts are not under $200.00 from our supplies this alone shows the lack of knowledge your pool tech retains about product in the swimming pool industry. (If they are looking on Amazon those aren't the same parts and the manufactures won't actually even warranty any part purchased on Amazon or online by any 3rd party)

Jason was awesome to work with. Him and his team responded very quickly to my pool inquiry and had a guy over the next day. Great work and very friendly to work with! I really appreciated the time they took with my wife and I explaining what they were going to do and that their pricing structure was so competitive. They are really great at the blue lagoons. Jon is our weekly pool tech. He is polite, knowledgeable, efficient, and thorough . The pool looks great and the chemical balance is perfect. Tina in the office is always pleasant if you need anything . All in all a great experience! The monthly price for cleaning and chemicals is in line with other companies in our area .

I came home from work and the pool was in great condition. It looked extremely clean and the algae was gone off the side of my pool walls. This is the first time using Blue Lagoons and I will be definitely using them again after what the owner said was causing the growing algae. He said, your other pool guy wasn't treating it properly with the correct balance of chemicals." They also fixed my leaking gasket on my pump. Very reasonably priced and great professional.

The tech arrived on time call before he came out and looked at the issue and told me what was wrong and gave me a price to replace. I approved on the spot and he completed the repair within 30 minutes. Great service, fast and friendly.

The weekly service is prompt and adequate but I find them less than acceptable in communicating and responsiveness to calls. On a recent repair they came out didn't have the right part and then I never heard from them again. To make matters worse the technician made a mess of our spa with muddy boot prints and I was amazed that they would leave without cleaning this up. The owner inaccurately referred to it as a mere and quot;smudgeand quot;. They also advised of some items that could improve the performance of our polaris but no actual timetable or follow up. Thus I have replaced them and hope to have a better experience with a larger more organized company

I am very pleased with Blue Lagoons. The person I was using previously was doing a very poor job, so I began searching for a new company to maintain my pool. I have been very impressed with the service they provide. They come out each week, leave a note to let me know what they have done and alert me to any problems. If I notice something needs repair, I email them and the work is taken care of in a timely manner. I feel that this company provides a fair and honest service and am very happy to recommend them!

They came this morning. It was $140 and up. They maintain, clean, and all the stuff. I had friends who use them and had good results, plus, their prices are the most reasonable that I found. You are in a big shot of that kind of service. Others are $200 a month. It is an A for everything.

I was going about the country and wanted poo cleaning for the months that I was going to be out of the country. When I came back and looked at the service sheet they had marked that they put chlorine tablets on the day of service (which is once a week) and when I checked I did not see the chlorine tablets. And when I asked them they gave some lame excuse. And in spite of this they charged me for one additional week than I should have been billed for.

Blue Lagoons has been reliable and good to work with.
they have done a good job alerting me to problems and being sure I want to fix the problems they have found.
Initially, there was a person who serviced my pool who was not experienced enough. Because he was not experienced enough to do the weekly maintenance, the technican was switched out. We all ended up with a strong weekly maintenance person and the other technician was switched into a job more suited for his skill set - a winning solution all around.
When I have called about problems, the owner of the Blue Lagoons has come immediately to check the problem and offer a solution.
I would recommend this company.
I've had several pool service companies over many years. the Blue Lagoons is one of the best I've ever worked with. Other pool service companies have had a hard time staying in business but the Blue Lagoons is a professional organization with good technical skills and a lot business sense.
