Steve did a fantastic job--he is spectacularly knowledgeable and thorough. I was in a jam--last person I hired didn't take care of the problem thoroughly, so I was in very bad shape by the time that Steve came on board. This was definitely an advanced case, so I am so thankful to have found Steve--he's a true professional and managed to save my data and keep me from having to get a new computer. He helped navigate everything in regards to repairing my computer, installing new security and back-up drive, making sure I had all my data, getting all my software reinstalled, even how to switch from my webmail to Outlook. There are plenty of people out there who know some things about computers, but not that many who can hold a candle to Steve.

I've been using Steve Landon for about 2 years now and I actually do not trust anyone else touching my laptop!! Steve is the utmost professional with computers. He answers any question you have and explains what he is doing. He is always very prompt to respond to me when I need help. He doesn't stop until I am satisfied with his work. I highly recommend Steve who needs any assistance with their laptop or computer. He works magic!

Fantastic! Steve is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I am not terribly computer savvy but he led me through all the steps in a way I understood.He answered all my questions and was great to work with. I cannot recommend Steve highly enough. He is now my go to guy for all things relating to computers.

I’ve used them a couple of times. I selected them because they were rated high on Angie’s List and they proved to be very good. The price was reasonable. It was not too bad. He didn’t even try to overcharge me. The quality of work is very good. Certainly, they responded fast and it was what you needed them to do. They were on time.

Steve arrived on time, was pleasant and professional, and did a great job! We have a VERY old computer (about 10 yrs old) and even though he could not fix everything, he did get rid of the viruses and made it a ton faster. He was very honest about what he could do for us (did not promises anything he could not deliver), charged a very fair price (he actually worked longer than he charged us for), and the end results are that our computer runs much faster and he has extended its life. Unfortunately integrity is something very rare, especially in services, but I can safely say that Steve has integrity and I would definately call him again if I needed computer work.

When Steve cleaned up our computers, they performed much better. Steve also set-up new computers for us and copied all of our software and files from the old computers to the new computers. Steve is very methodical and thorough when he is working and very knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and takes his time to explain what he is doing. His pricing is very reasonable. Steve is also very responsive when we send follow up emails or have additional questions or issues. His customer service is top notch.

Steve called before coming to my home. Arrived on time. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He was here for about 3 hours getting my computer in great shape. I had no idea it was so infected with viruses! Told me about the security programs he installed and when to run them. He taught me a lot. He is now my personal IT person! I highly recommend him to anyone that needs help with a computer. He knows it all. I will be having him set up a new computer for my daughter once I purchase it. He is also very flexible on his hours and tries to assist you as soon as he can.

The service and work was outstanding. Very professional and prompt and extremely reasonable priced.
We had new flooring installed in the area where my home computer is set-up so it was necessary to disconnect and reconnect
the computer from the internet and other equipment. Then thoroughly check that all were operating correctly after the re-assembly and to check for virus protection. Mr. Landon is an extremely knowledgeable and professional with his services. He arrived promptly and waited because the floor installers were slower than anticipated. I am very pleased with his work and recommend him very highly. I certainly will call him again I I have any problems.f

Was here for 2 hours. Searched thru all the nooks and crannies to find trojan horses and other malware. Steve was very, very through. Really knew what he was doing.
This is the third or fourth time that I have used him over several years. Would not consider using anyone else.

Everything went smoother than I ever expected. There was no downtime whatsoever with either our phone or internet service and our internet is so much faster with LOGIX that I wonder how we ever got along with the the long download times we suffered through with AT&T. Steve is a consummate professional and the most knowledgeable IT consultant I've ever been associated with, it is a privilege to have him address our IT needs. I would not consider using anyone else.

I have called Steve several times on short notice, with various computer-related issues that I did not feel comfortable diagnosing myself. He reads all of the industry publications and always seems to know where to look to find the issues and fix the problems. His hourly rates are also lower than most tech companies, and his knowledge is far superior. (You will NEVER hear him say "I don't know what the problem is and I don't think I can fix it. That'll be $150 for the service call.") He's prompt, he's fast and he gets it right the first time. I highly recommend.

From start to finish every call I've had from Steve has been nothing short of exceptional. That is over close to ten years averaging at least one call per month. There is nothing phony about the man. I have never felt misled, overcharged, underappreciated, or disrespected by the man. He is a professional class act and a credit to his industry. The depth of his knowledge about all things cyber is beyond compare.
