Technifast provided outstanding service for repairing an LG refrigerator. After diagnosing a failed compressor, a new one was installed, and the fridge worked perfectly. The technician followed up when the door ice maker didn't work correctly after the initial repair. The technician returned a couple of times to troubleshoot and ensure everything was fully operational. Their persistence and dedication to resolving the issue completely were truly impressive. The technician was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything. A fully working refrigerator and ice maker are now available. Highly recommended

We reached out to Technifast Smartfix and spoke directly with the owner, Luis, about our refrigerator issue. We had already tried another technician who couldn’t resolve the problem, so we were feeling frustrated. Thankfully, Luis came in and got our fridge working right away while we waited for the necessary sensor to arrive. I was so relieved—especially as a parent—to have food and milk safely stored for my little one! While he was here, I mentioned that our air conditioner also wasn’t working properly (because of course, when it rains, it pours!). Luis didn’t hesitate—he diagnosed and fixed the AC issue the same day! And in this heat, that made a huge difference for our family. He completed both services quickly, accurately, and at very reasonable prices. We honestly saved money hiring Luis for both jobs.
