Tim was professional and did an excellent job! As a Real Estate Broker for over 20 years, I will gladly refer him to any of my clients, past, present and future without hesitation. My door was an 18' brown door, not readily available, but Taylor was able to get the only one in stock with his suppliers and provide it to me within 4 days. The service went well. They were very responsive and came out quickly. One technician came out and completed the job in about an hour. He was friendly and very clean. There was no mess left behind.

Contacted vendor on a Thursday via Craigslist, and the vendor was very quick to contact me in return. I had asked for a and quot;ballpark estimateand quot; to replace a broke torsion spring, which he provided via email (based on my description of the garage doors.) He later called and asked me when it would be convenient for him to come and replace the broken spring. I was unable to meet him Friday morning, and he he had a big job Friday afternoon. He offered to come by after that job, if I wanted. I told him that I would certainly appreciate that. He called Friday afternoon around 5:15 (as promised) when he finished that big job he had earlier in the afternoon. He arrived about 5:30, and replaced the broken torsion spring very quickly. He also answered a few of my questions regarding garage doors, and made a few suggestions as to what I might do to help them last. He noticed that another garage door had been backed into, and made a suggestion or two as to what I could do to help strengthen the connection between two panels that had been pushed slightly apart. He told me that he could replace them for us, but that he would wait and not replace them until absolutely necessary. (I appreciated that...he wasn't trying to pad the bill.) I also appreciated him working us in late Friday afternoon/evening, especially as it was very cold, dark, and overcast. Also, I should mention that he charged us LESS than his original estimate.

Overall, he was very friendly and professional. I would (and already HAVE) recommend him very highly. And if I ever need another garage door replace or serviced, he will be the first person I will call.

Job was done fast and we were provided the extra service of having our second door lubricated at no extra charge.

Tech showed up on time and was very knowledgeable. He had the repairs done quickly and both the double and single garage doors are working perfectly. Great job!!!

I called on friday morning, Tim Taylor answered , he came over that afternoon provided a new garage door opener and installed it in about an hour. A mere satisfying experience! Tim said if we had any problems, just give him a call.

Tim removed my defective door and replaced it with a new one. He also replace the remotes the external keypad, and the safety sensors. Everything went very smoothly!

After resetting the door, he also inspected/lubed the other two and troubleshot a remote sensor. He did an excellent job and only charged for the service call on the one door. Top notch guy and extremely knowledgable of his business. I recommend highly.

Found the company by accident, and I needed someone out the same day. The tech was nice, honest and well mannered. I was please to find out that he was actually the owner of the company, and he had driven across the metroplex to help me, because all his teams were busy. He charged what he said he was going too even after he found out that I had 2 additional broken hinges.
