T Rock Roofing STOLE thousands of dollars from me. After my roof was done by this company, no invoice was sent. I spoke with two reps and they both said the quoted amount sent to me prior to service being done was the correct amount. After I wired the money, I reviewed the charges and Class 4 upgrades were on the quote. When I contacted T Rock, they immediately admitted that I was overcharged. Since then, the company has ignored my phone calls and texts about getting my money back. Twice promising a check would arrive by a certain date when I was able to get them to respond but no check has arrived. From my count there have been three occasions that I’ve been lied to. I will be filing a police report if this is not resolved soon.

We recently had our roof replaced by T-Rock Roofing due to the March 2024 hailstorm, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, their professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent customer service stood out. Both Chris Johanson and Mark Strong went above and beyond to make sure our questions were answered, and we were clear on the scope of the project, which included not only the roof replacement, but gutters, A/Cs, and other items damaged by the hailstorm. Since I did not want to have my new roof installed during hail season, they had no issue when I requested the installation date to be pushed out. They truly wanted to make sure me and my wife were happy. They also recommended Class 4 shingles which resulted in a lower insurance rate due to its hail protection. Their team was punctual and polite, and would have completed the work in the same day but for an unexpected thunderstorm that rolled in. Nevertheless, they made sure we didn't have any leaks and returned promptly in the morning to finish the job. The gutters were done the day after the roof was completed. When the project was done, Chris made sure his crew properly cleaned up our property, as well as our neighbors' properties, to make sure old shingles, roofing nails, and other materials were completely cleaned up. We highly recommend T-Roof Roofing to anyone needing roofing services. This is our second time using this company and will continue to call them when we have a roofing need. Finally, I love that they support first responders and veterans, like me.

Worst contractor I have ever dealt with. If I could give them a negative number I would. As a GC, they billed work to my insurance company they did not perform. If you want to be overcharged, shoddy work, and risk insurance fraud, this is the company to pick.

TRock provides amazing end to end service. Their customer commitment and operating model ensures deep engagement with the customers and in the process ensure high quality work as well. I personally had a situation where a wrong contractor showed up to my address (got his address wrong), ripped my roof off only to have found out that he was in the wrong address. While this was not TRock's mistake or headache, they still chose to help us out by providing temp roof covers and in parallel worked with my insurance provider to accelerate roof replacement. Running a business efficiently is great but to go above and beyond and selflessly serve customers is what differentiates them from other providers. We got our roof replaced with T-Rock roofing and we more than impressed with the results. We used Brady, one of the project managers, and he took care of everything and made it super easy on us. We also used them for our AC units not just our roof and love all the work they did. Highly recommend for any roofing or construction needs!
