We had live oaks with no hope of growing a good lawn in our back yard.  When we realized the cost of resodding the past few years had exceeded the cost of artificial turf ,we decided to make the move to artificial turf.  Jason Waller and his crew at Synthetic Grass Pros did an exceptional job of 1) answering all our questions, 2) installing our artificial turn and 3) following up when we needed their help to coordinate with some landscaping changes we made later.

As an architect, I needed to know a lot about the different qualities and specifications of the different turf choices available.  Jason got us spec sheets from different manufactures they use and answered all questions responsively and well.  The crew that came to install were professional, efficient and did a great installation.  Big crew, all well coordinated and trained, good equipment.   When we needed their help on late notice "same day" to coordinate with a garden  landscaper a couple months later and their crews were tied up, Jason found a helper and came himself to do what we needed that day.

I waited a while after our installation earlier this year before writing this review to see how the turf would hold up.  Our artificial turf has been in for nearly five months now and it's working great.  Our dogs love it, we love it, friends and neighbors have all been amazed at what a difference it's made in the look of our backyard.

They were very, very good.  I was really amazed on the clean up they did.  The work was excellent.  I would recommend them to other Angie's List members. 

Scotty contacted me the same day I inquired through Angie's list and met me at the house the next morning.  I had a quote for services within two days and he further assisted in coordinating a fence company to help expand the area in the back yard.  Everything was done in a professional manner and exactly on the days I was told they would be done.  The new space far exceeded my expectations.

Jason Waller and Synthetic Grass Pros are truly professional. From start to finish they were wonderful to work with and my back yard looks beautiful. They were on time and came prepared and even cleaned up completely during and after the job. The synthetic grass does get a bit warm in a few spots from the sun but even my old real grass did that. The grass is soft and I had no problem with it on my bare feet. I also had no problem getting my dog to use the grass for her needs even without her previous smell spots. The product is pet-friendly and eco-friendly and I no longer have to water or mow or use chemicals on my lawn. Having talked to others who have used other companies for their synthetic grass product and installation I can tell you this is one of those purchases where you really do want to make sure you get what you pay for. I highly recommend Jason and his team and their product.

This is our 2nd time using Synthetic Grass Pros.  We had an area along side our house installed with synthetic grass last May 2013 and loved it.  With dogs and a pool, it is the perfect landscape material.  It looks real without the maintenance.  Kimberly and her team were great!

Fantastic!  After trying for year's to get something to grow and stop the mud from being tracked in the house, we contacted Synthetic Grass Pros.  We had read about them on AL and the Dallas Morning News.  Kimberly was great to work with. She explained everything clearly. The crew who installed the grass took one day; they were great!  We love it - our dogs love it!  We have a beautiful area to play with the dogs and sit and enjoy our maintenance free grass.  Clean up after the dogs is the best - pick it up and hose it off, if needed.  One of our dogs has intestinal issues - no smell, no residue, easy to clean - happy dogs - happy people!  Savings on maintenance, no cutting, minimal water use, drought resistant.

We first met Kimberly, the co-owner of Synthetic Grass Pros, at the Dallas Home Show in March 2013. We wanted to have synthetic grass installed in our backyard to complement our landscaping and to eliminate the need to water grass. We were very impressed with her knowledge, and we decided to hire her company after some further research. The Synthetic Grass Pros team were excellent. They arrived on time. They worked quickly and efficiently and the finished product was just what we had expected. We are extremely pleased with our entire experience hiring Synthetic Grass Pros.
