The agent was top notch. The work was done well but there were some issues with clean up that needed to be taken care of and once the agent was made aware the clean up done correctly. Very happy with the final product.

Absolute worst company I have ever dealt with regarding any maintenance work! After 12 years of owning my pool, magically my pool pump staring cutting out and was charged $150 every time to fix! Never had issues before or after with other pool companies. Started harassing me for payment at the beginning of COVID layoff. Tried to explain the inability to work but more concerned with their payment! Somehow the bill doubled too! I would not recommend to anyone. It is insulting they use family values in their advertisement.

"We were not made aware of any issues with our service by the customer but only posted this review after months of us attempting to collect on his past due to balances to the point of finally sending him to collections since we had no response from him. He claimed we harassed him in the middle of the pandemic, though many of our customers would tell you that we have offered to help them out financially during this time. We had even offered to help him but had stated numerous times over that if we could not receive a response back in some fashion, we would have no other option than to send his account to collections."

We have had Swim Solutions as our pool service now for 10 months. They have been extremely professional and always do a great job. They come by once a week and do a full service (clean, chemical, backwash etc). We've had them do a full filter clean and a repair when our Polaris pipe was leaking. With every instance they are always top notch. Customer service is excellent. Their rates seem pretty standard if not less than other quality services in the DFW area. The team though is absolutely outstanding. TJ takes a lot of pride in the business and always makes sure you are 100% satisfied. We'll continue to use them and will recommend them hands down as the best!

We feel like we truly hired the swim solutions team, everyone is great!From day one we felt like we were a top customer. We moved into a new home with our first pool and they replaced the heater and have been servicing the pool, from day one. Amazing service and satisfaction! They whole team had been top notch.
