Pick up was 5 minutes early and delivery was timely at DFW airport. Two weeks later, arriving later than scheduled and on a flight number different than originally established, the driver called me on my cell phone as we deplaned to identify himself and the baggage claim where our luggage would be! He retrieved our luggage from the carousel as we identified it, led us to the limo, seated us in the air-conditioned vehicle while he loaded the luggage and carry-ons. Arriving at our home, he even carried the luggage to out front door.

I had previously made reservations online for shuttle service to pick me up from the airport to my house. I followed the instructions on how to contact Supershuttle to pick me up upon my arrival to DFW. I was told I would wait 15 minutes for a driver to pick me up. Turns out, it took less than 10 minutes for a driver to pick me up. He did picked up additional passengers, but I was pleased that I didn't had to wait that long for Supeshuttle. A few weeks ago, Supershuttle picked me up from my house to take me to DFW Airport. I had also made the reservations, and was pleased that I was getting up to date information via text as to my pick up date and time and how close is my shuttle bus driver from my house. I would highly recommend Supershuttle to anyone that is in need of transportation to/from the airport!

We've been pretty happy with them.

Was told to meet the return shuttle downstairs on the ground level but that was incorrect. Wasted a lot of time there, flagged down a super shuttle driver and he was less than useful (not very willing to help and eventually drove away without solving anything). Got in touch with the call center and was told to go up the second level and wait there. After another 30 minutes our driver showed up and dropped us off in the pouring rain about a block away from where we asked him. Will still give them another chance but if the outcome is similar that will be the end of using this service.

This experience could not have been better! And, since there were four of us riding, it turned out to be LESS expensive than taking a taxi.

Van came right on time, driver was friendly and helpful with all our luggage. We had 2 other stops before the airport to pick up more airport travelers, but this was done quickly and still made it to the airport in plenty of time. Driver helped get luggage out and made sure we were at the right gate before leaving.

I was picked up at my home in Plano on December 24th for a 10:35 a.m. flight To Washington, D.C. The driver was courteous, professional, and a very good driver. The van was comfortable and the trip was actually pleasurable.
Fast forward to December 30th for the return trip:
My flight was scheduled to arrive at 5:35 p.m. and the pickup was scheduled for 5:45 p.m. The flight arrived nearly 30 minutes early, so I retrieved my luggage then proceeded as instructed to the telephone bank in the baggage area to call SuperShuttle. I was told that the van would pick me up at C-30.
I rented a baggage cart, located the C-30 exit, and proceeded to wait for the van. It was a cold evening, and having recently recovered from a bout of Bronchitis, sitting outside in the cold night air was not an optimal situation to be in, so I called the
800 number on my cell phone after waiting about 20 minutes to ask when the van was coming. I was told that the driver was
looking for me, so I said I didn't know where he was looking because I was at the location they gave me and I saw no signs of a SuperShuttle. The dispatcher then said he would be there in 5 minutes.
About ten minutes later, a SuperShuttle van pulled up. Relieved, I moved toward it with my luggage. The driver asked where I was going and I said and quot;Planoand quot;. He said he was going to Grapevine, so somebody else would pick me up. He appeared to check with the dispatcher, then told me someone would be there. By this time I was becoming agitated, to put it mildly! The trip from D.C. had taken only three hours, and now it seemed I wasn't able to get home from the airport!! It was cold, I needed the bathroom, I was beginning to feel my chest getting tight, and to add to my frustration my cell phone 'froze' on the 800 number and I couldn't even call for someone else to come for me! After taking the battery out to reset the phone, I was able to make another frantic call to SuperShuttle and demand that they get somebody there to get me! It was 6:45 when I finally got on the van for the 'scenic route' home! It was after 7:30 by the time I finally put my key in my front door!
I usually drive the 20-minute trip to the airport and park at Expess North, but because of the freezing temperatures I didn't want to leave my car outside. I reserved the shuttle against my better judgement because I'd had an unpleasant experience
riding the shuttle before. Hopefully I won't have a recurrence of Bronchitis as an aftermath of this distressful situation. I don't plan to EVER use this service again!!!

Outstanding! For departure from DFW: Arrived 15 minutes early; assisted with luggage from the house to the car and later, out of car. Airport drop off was in correct place; it was a pleasant trip. A week later upon our return, my phone went off as we deplaned at DFW - with the driver telling us which baggage return location we were to use! Our name on the tablet he was holding made him instantly recognizable as we left the secured area. As we identified our luggage, he pulled it from the carousel. We were on our way home in minutes! The driver even assisted getting the luggage into the house from the car.

Variable. On the way to the airport the driver was earlier than I expected, but that was okay. However, the dispatcher set-up an impossible time schedule for the next four pickups. Literally impossible. The driver was courteous and as efficient as possible. The last two people had been waiting more than a half an hour past their times, before he got there. I made my flight no problem, I can't say for the others.
On the way back, at the airport the driver looped through the terminals until all the seats were filled. As the farthest destination I was last.
Not a small concern was the attention paid to the mounted GPS or routing screen while driving. There were no accidents, but....that is NOT a safe practice.

First guy was here 15 minutes early parked out front. Got an automated message on my phone saying he was in the driveway. Second guy was waiting outside the baggage area with our name displayed on an IPAD. A very low stress, hassle free experience.
Both vehicles were late model SUVs, plenty of room for 4 people and lots of luggage. Will definitely use again.

Always reliable

I was told by the agent over the phone to go to a certain portion of the airport and wait for the shuttle. I received a phone call from the driver saying he was at that spot, but he wasn't. He told me I wasn't at the right spot. I told him that I could see the sign proving I was at the right location. I started walking to see if I could find him. He was about a quarter mile away from me at a different location than we had agreed. He then spent the next 30 minutes or so picking up travelers and then kicking them off the shuttle because they didn't meet his requirements. Finally, when we left the airport, we traveled almost an hour to my hotel. (My destination was first.) The other travelers and I were worn out by the time the driver got me to my hotel. When I checked online the next morning, I realized my hotel was only 10 minutes from the airport. I had proved to myself what I knew the night before: My driver didn't know where he was going.
The ride itself was very uncomfortable. The driver drove recklessly, and the shuttle seemed to have no shocks. I was so glad when I finally arrived at my hotel.

Great experience with Super Shuttle from reservation to pick-up to drop off. I made my reservations online through the Super Shuttle website with no issues. I had originally mistyped my phone number and was able to call customer service to get it corrected. (I did have to call twice but the first time I called after 11pm when no one answered. When I called during normal business hours, I got a person who assisted me.)
The pick-up from my residence was on-time, and I got an automated call 5 minutes before the shuttle arrived so I could be outside and ready to go. The shuttle driver was polite and professional and quickly got my luggage placed in the back. There was one person in the van before I arrived and we picked up one person on the way to the airport. Arrived within plenty of time to catch my flight.
My ride home from the airport was equally smooth. I was a little concerned about the airport pick-up since my flight arrived at 10pm but this turned out not to be an issue. I called from the courtesy phone at the baggage claim, a person picked up the phone, verified my reservation and gate number and told me a shuttle would be there in 15 minutes. I waited outside by the shared ride pick up and in about 15 minutes the shuttle arrived.
Overall, a good experience!

They are on time.

They are in a lot of cities. I just love their service. I use them if my husband is working and does not take me to the airport. The reason that I like them is that they always come on time. I can pay and tip them online. I have never been late to the airport with them and they give me a good timeframe window. Their price is excellent and it is probably less than a cab, I think. They might make multiple stops but usually they make one or two stops. They take me straight to the airport. They pick me up at my door and drop me right at the terminal. They always ask for a 15 minute window and they are always there early. I have always got different driver and all of them have been most professional. They always call ahead and get my terminal, know exactly where I am going, what gate I am going to and they do that on my way to the airport. If my husband is not taking me then I am calling SuperShuttle.

They are very good to pick you up from home when you call, but very bad from picking you up from the airport. I will keep using them to travel to the airport, but not for pick up.

Poor experience. Made my flight just as passengers were boarding. If I had to wait to check bags, neither me nor my bags would have made it. If I had not provided turn-by-turn directions to get to his next pick-up location, I surely would have missed my flight.
