Excellent. I did not expect for them to replace the entire AC base. It was replaced, leveled, and correctly positioned for the new unit.

They come out twice a year to check the unit. I'd give them an "A" overall. They are a little expensive. I would use them again. The workers are well trained and professional.

They did a great job installing and we'd use them again.

We have used Sun Air for 20 years for installation and yearly check-up of our heating and AC. The AC they installed 18 years previous to this one worked with no problems until it died on the hottest day of the year in 2010. (Can't complain about an AC that lasted 18 years!) They came out right away and had a new unit installed within 2 days. Love the Energy Star unit they installed as it helped lower our summer electric bill.
The gentleman who installed the new unit was the same one who came out to install the previous one. I appreciate that their guys have many years with the company and know what they are doing. Experience matters!

We've used them many times, they do a fine job. I'd give them a good rating, I can't give them a super rating. They are kind of expensive but everyone seems to accept it. I don't have any problems with the quality of work. I use them because it's a habit.

I was pleased over all but was not happy about original appointment being canceled the day before they were to come. Original appointment was made over two weeks in advance. It was postponed for six days.

Very well. Very pleased with the way the work was conducted and the finished job. The workers were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They explained to me everything that was done, how the new system works, how to change the filter, and work the thermostat. My town requires a work permit and they secured that. The town inspection was perfect.

In the midst of a January cold spell, our heating went out. I called Sunair and they sent a technician out that day. We knew we were on borrowed time with the furnace, we had spent several hundred dollars in each of the last few years on various parts to keep it running. The technician told us that the current problem was a valve that would cost almost $600 to replace. The other option was a new furnace. While discussing the options with the technician, I told him about heating and cooling issues on one end of the house. In the winter it's too cold and in the summer it's too hot in that end of the house. He went back up to the attic to assess the ductwork. He said he could install dedicated ducts to that part of the house to improve the airflow. He also recommended replacing older gray ductwork. He quoted a price of $3500 to do all the work.

We decided to proceed with the whole job - new furnace, new ductwork to one end of house, and replace gray ducts. Sunair had a crew out the next day. It took about 6 hours to complete the work. The crew was very polite and cleaned up the site after completing the work. They moved boxes in the attic around to accomplish their work and back to the original locations. After the work was finished, the technician took time to show me the work. He answered my questions about maintenance and filter replacement. The new furnace is more quiet than the old one. The new dedicated ducts to one part of the house have solved the air flow issues. We are satisfied with the decision to replace the furnace and ducts.

I called the emergency pager number on July 4 and heard back within an hour. After I described the symptoms, I was most appreciative when Coy said he would come out to check it that night but that there was most likely not much he could do and I'd be better off to save my money and wait for a regular call in the morning. He said he'd do what he could to get me in as early as possible. The next AM he was here at 9:30 and confirmed that the unit was DOA. He gave me several options for replacing all or part of the system and several price options as well. I decided to replace everything now rather than do it piecemeal or wait until the heater decides to die in the dead of winter. Alan quoted a price over the phone, I accepted, and the 4-man crew was installing by 11:00. Even though they ran into some unanticipated challenges with my old wiring, the final price was as quoted.

They cleaned up after their work and Coy stayed to show me how to operate the new thermostat.

I have used this company for over 14 years - at my old condo they were the only company who would send someone to the roof of a 3-story condo building to service a compressor. I have ALWAYS been pleased by their timeliness, professionalism, and quick response.

They came out and were on time, very professional, and fixed our system right away. We had a bad o-ring seal. Their performance was what I wish all providers would do. No hard sell on my wife, no mess left, full check of their work once completed to verify resolution, just all around a fantastic experience.

This company does our routine twice-annual service on heaters and AC, and this repair was right in line with our service experience with them.
