I ever used this company three times after receiving their coupons in mail. Every time they try to induce me to do something expensive or helpless.
Last time when I rejected their offered extra service, the guy(that guy with long tail in his hair) was unhappy. After he finished his work and left, I found a lot of dust blown out from vents when turning on AC ! I think he intentionally blew dusts into my air ducts.
Will never use this company's service again !
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! I went with them on price. They have come 3 times now to attempt to clean my sofa and loveseat and have yet to get out the original stains. On top of that, after their second visit, we noticed all of our cushions developed severe mold and mildew inside and out. We've followed the rules of their dispute resolution (joke) and have been told this has never happened and there is nothing more they can do. Now my calls are being ignored. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!
As soon as the he started opening the vents, his actitud was very unprofessional. He told me that my air ducts had mold ( in an almost 3 years old house) and every time he showed me a vent to prove that it had mold, he smiled in an very happy way as if it was the best new he was giving me.
Then he told me that he would charge me $1800 for mold cleaning... I understood then why he was feeling so happy.
I told him that all that was a surprise for me, and that I was not going to pay that kind of money at that moment so I declined to get the service.
The technician got very upset and started to ask me if I didn't have any credit card, and also that if I was going to let my air duct to get more damaged. He was very rude, unprofessional and pushy... And I had to ask him to leave.
I paid for the air duct "cleaning" $264.13, which still looked outrageous, and called to his supervisor who came to be the owner of the company, Mr. Bublil. I told him what happenned and his great idea of customer service was to offer me a split payment for the mold service, which I did not want to get done.
I, then, worried about my air ducts, called two different companies to get their opinions about the mold, and to my surprise, both agreed that the air ducts weren't cleaned that they had a lot of dust and they were dirty.
I was so upset, I called Mr. Bublil, then sent him a letter requesting a refund, they called me back two weeks after my first letter, saying that they would send a technician on a sunday, I waited all day long, nobody showed up, sent him a second letter, and haven't heard from them since.
Here's what I think: This company lies over the phone when they give you the price for the service, they lie to you when they show up at your home. They don't perform the service, and charge you very high for not doing nothing.
You can use any adjective for that. I feel I was robbed, and they are so irresponsible they don't even care to try to ammend it.
