Choosing Statewide was a no-brainer. They had the highest quality windows at the lowest price, best guarantee, and fastest timeline. They were also able to customize the color of our front windows to match our trim. There was a delay in our screen door from the manufacturer, and Marc willingly took my phone calls every week to make sure we didn’t get forgotten. They also had to come back a couple times to replace a broken latch and fix a caulking issue, and were fast to do so.

James came out and we bought 3 windows and a door. The experience was great from start to finish and we highly recommend him and Statewide Energy Solutions!

Charles Schulz’s sales presentation was professional and complete. He answered all our questions. Charles was admirably humble and respectful, considerate of our time, honestly presenting the company and the qualities of an excellent product. The contrast with two other vendors whom we had consulted was measurable. Charles was genuine, not pretentious or presumptive. After he asked for our business, he laid out what our expectation should be for timing, including the measuring of our windows, the manufacturing, the installation and the price. Every detail was satisfactorily completed from the window installation, caulking, insulation of each window, restoring wood trim, repairing mortar in the brickwork, even cleaning the windows and the work site completely. Edgar and Carlos are pros who work well together. They fully exceeded our expectations for exemplary workmanship, backing up Statewide Energy Solution’s promise for customer satisfaction. Owner Mark Shinners at Statewide called us soon after the installation to ensure we were satisfied, and he inquired if there were any unresolved issues. Emphatically, not! Great from beginning to end

Mr Schultz the sales rep was very knowledgeable and professional. Was not overly pushy. He even made a second trip out for clarification. The price was competitive. The installation crew was experienced and knowledgeable. The windows themselves are very nice and seem to be as adverstised. Was an overall pleasant experience.

We absolutely love our new windows and so does everyone who sees them. Our rep helped us pick the best match for our brick and kept our personal needs in mind when determining the design of the new windows. We have an upstairs room which had a window AC unit that we no longer need due to the windows being so well insulated. In fact, we have already seen a huge difference in our utility bills this past summer during record setting heat wave. We had a LOT of windows and installation took a couple of days but went very smoothly. We highly recommend Statewide Energy Solutions.

I called Statewide Energy Solutions and talked with Mark, the owner, about his product called the Texas Energy Pro window. This window is manufactured by Vistamark in Waxahachie. There is a youtube review which is very positive. Two days later Adam came out to measure the windows and answer several questions that we had. He left us with a quote and we told him we would get back to him later in the week as we were looking at other quotes. He also gave us a number of previous installations that we could drive by to look at. The next week we signed the contract which includes a lifetime warranty on all parts and labor. If we sell the house, the warranty extends to the new owner for 10 years. From time of order to installation was six weeks. Scott's installation crew was absolutely terrific. To install 40 windows it took three people 2.5 days to complete. This included new wood framing around eight windows and one new window sill inside. They also took down several window blinds and replaced them when they were done. They left the place as clean as it was before they came both inside and outside.

The sales team were great to work with. The installation went very smooth and they were done in the same day. All was great!

We couldn’t be more happy with our decision to use statewide for our home windows, they we’re a pleasure to work with and they improved the look and fell to our home. They replace all the windows in our home did an excellent job it was one of the cleanest installations I’ve ever had done. We will use them again to replace our back door.

We were very impressed with the sales rep Charles. He gave us a detailed quote and showed us samples we needed to match to some previously installed windows. The installer Juan was very professional, courteous and installed our windows in one day. He was on time and left no mess behind after he was done. We had 4 picture windows and 5 regular windows. We are very satisfied with their work. It had a long leading time due to Covid but it was worth waiting, the picture windows they installed are so beautiful. The installer came to measure them and the same person replaced them. He took time to complete the job, his job was very neat.

Hired statewide energy solutions twice with my windows, both jobs were done perfectly. From the first step to the very end, they are professional and efficient. Highly recommend.
