Mr. Aaron came out, took pictures and video. We spoke about replacing the back fence off the alley, straightening the existing poles, and install two gates, one at the entry and one to go into the alley. That was my understanding. We read the reviews & made the decision to go with them to do the project because we felt they were the most qualified and within our budget. There were several communication issues, including slow responses. Mr. Christopher came out to do the walk-through (finally). Again, it was understood that the fence off the alley would be replaced. When they came out to do the job, they were late and did not announce themselves. I didn't even know they were there until I saw someone walking back and forth. They did both gates and straightened the poles but did not replace the fence which I was told it would be a two-day job. The wording on the contract appeared to state what was verbally agreed. They did a good job with what they did complete, but I felt I was misled.
