They go down by themselves and they're extremely helpful. Their customer service is very quick. Their phone in services are very helpful and polite.

Adam, Brad, and George rock! My phone had been doing strange things, buttons not working, and touch screen not performing accurately, They had to replace the module and it took them less than an hour to fix it. My son who is in the army and is stationed in Georgia had really weird things going on with his phone. So they got it down there and got a quick diagnostics and said that they had to order another one. George was able to deactivate the malfunctioning phone and reactivate the spare phone that my son had so that he would have communication for the next 2 weeks. My son needed some important contacts and text messages from the old phone, Adam and Brad the lead technicians understand the need of my son because they were from the United States Army as well and they said that if nothing else works, they would take out the mother board out of the old phone, put it into the new phone, grab those messages out and throw them out on the SD card and swap back the mother board. They are willing to go above and beyond to make sure that he is taken cared of.

I had so many dropped calls while I was running my catering business,that it cost me a lot of money. After I explained the problem I still had to pay the early disconnect fee even after losing money because of poor service.

I bought my cell phone from Sprint. It's a good phone, it works real well. It's ultra light and it fits in your hand well. I mostly use it to stay in touch with my wife when I'm at work. I've never had calls dropped or anything. The people who sold it to me were really good. They told me what the options were on it and if it was a decent phone. My wife knew what she wanted and they helped her find it. We're very pleased with it everything.
