SPARKLETTS

Do not use these people. They keep stealing money from my account. And never even received the cooler. I was a new customer and only received two bottles. I was told by rep no money would be deducted if using a credit card and that was a lie. 50$ came out and now 31$ without authorization. And it’s not even been but a week. Jokes on me! I’m freezing my card 1st thing in the morning. Problem is once i freeze it they can’t refund my money. Dammed if I do dammed if I don’t. Rip off! Can’t even sleep over this s**t! Its not even an option to be able to reach someone so they can fix it. The website gives contact #s but that’s a lie too. They want you to only use online Only. I’ve tried so hard canceling and that’s not even an option on the website. I’m dumbfounded and oh so terribly disgusted with them. I was really looking forward to having a cooler too. Not anymore, I just want my money back now. Zero stars.

My previous home water delivery service, Gladden Water, was taken over by Sparkletts. I had no issues of any kind with Gladden, but Sparkletts has proven unable to keep any scheduled date for water delivery. Moreover, there has been no attempt by their Route Sales Representative to communicate with me about repeatedly changed delivery/service dates. Because I live in a gated community, I'm required to be at home for their deliveries to admit them during the only time window they will provide: 8 AM to 5 PM. This wastes an entire day, and this has happened four times. I have terminated my service with them, and all that remains is for Sparkletts to pick up their water dispenser and water jugs. This was scheduled, and another entire day was wasted when they failed to show up. A call to Sparkletts (at 1-800-201-6218) told me that their Route Sales Representative had, unilaterally, rescheduled the visit at 8:10 AM that morning, for yet another day -- if they had only taken the trouble to call me at that time, I could have gone about my day. But they neglected to do that. Their service is inefficient, and lacking in the most elementary customer care and coordination.

We called to cancel our service. They of course sent us to a cancellation department, and gave me every excuse under the moon as to why their service is bad. Finally they suggested we speak to a supervisor. He called sometime later and said he would personally come out to fix things. Unfortunately, it won't be until another week. We'll see how it goes...!

Not for the first time, they failed to show up on my regularly scheduled delivery day of Thursday. And the customer service center (800 #) told me they wouldn't be able to deliver my bottled water tomorrow (Friday) either. Nope, I have to wait until MONDAY for the delivery.

instead of picking up empties as requested, they kept delivering more until I had 25 bottles on my porch.  I spent a month trying to get them to fix the situation with hours on hold, being assured it would be fixed then another water delivery. 

STAY AWAY.

Excellent price!  Cheapest out there!  They deliver either water in small bottles or the big bottles for the coolers.  I have used them for almost 2 years.  They are never late on a delivery.  If you are not home they leave the water at your front door
The last delivery the delivered my water to a neighbor by accident.  I called them and they immediately refunded the money and sent a replacement delivery the following day.
