Incredible rip off. Absurdly, inexplicabluy expensive. Tried service for about 6 months at $1400 per month. All they did was blow leaves around for 20 minutes, once a week. if they do any "landscaping", they bill you extra. Like $800 for 30 minutes of fertilizing which should honestly be included in the $1,000 hourly rate I paid.

Company is total trash and management is pathetic. A mower sent multiple rocks flying into my 4-month-old vehicle with 3000 miles on it. Dented and chipped paint in 3 spots. I have called Kevin Lane at Southern Botanical over 20 times, and they will not respond with insurance coverage when they said they would cover it. They are low rent and irresponsible. Probably don't have insurance coverage, this example shows their typical business practices. Stay away from this company -Go elsewhere....

Our experience was TERRIFIC in every respect. Another company was originally scheduled to do the work, but then dropped the ball and left us with little time to spare. We contacted Southern Botanical. I spoke with Josh Long at the company and explained the project to him in detail, as well as our short time schedule. Josh quoted me a price over the phone, told me he could meet our schedule, and sent a team (Ramon and Jose) to see exactly what was needed. Both were very courteous and obviously knew exactly what they were doing. They surveyed the area, figured out where the PVC pipe was buried, and came back early the next morning with everything they needed for the job. The work was done promptly, and they called us to look at the new pipes in the ground before they covered everything up. And they did all the digging, etc. in a relatively tight space without harming any of our mature plants that were nearby. Then we asked them to fix a broken sprinkler head, which they also did quickly and perfectly. We were impressed and totally satisfied and will use Southern Botanical (especially Josh, Ramon and Jose) for any other needs we have in the future. We highly recommend them.
