Description of Work: Installed new wireless monitoring system with 2 panels. The $200 was for the materials and installation. The monthly fee for monitoring is $16.95. Best deal in town.

Description of Work: Using the equipment of a previous provider (no longer in business), they updated my service, giving the first two months of service free; $50. permit;$25.00 mo., including no-cost service and/or trip charges. New service, with key pads, attic alarm, etc. is free if you have no equipment in place. Please supply e-address of neighbors interested. They will get the same promo, and I'll get a referral fee. A+ in customer service and pricing--unlike a (major) competitor.

 + -1 moreThe install went as expected and the monthly service has started. The install took about 2 hours from start to finish as Smith Security took over the existing ADT/Brinks equipment only having to install a couple of additional sensors. This interactive panel (2gig) is much more informative and flexible compared to the ADT system I had. I also upgraded in a couple of places in the house to hopefully make it more secure/safe. Smith Security seems like a quality company and I contacted them based on reviews and recommendations. They were cheaper and had the same equipment.
Description of Work: Smith Security installed a new electronic, cellular house alarm system.

 + -1 moreAlarm System updated promptly w/ multiple upgrade options. Service Rep did not leave security signs or window stickers at residence. Alarm monitoring company phones the residnet in case of false alarm, monitoring company put us on hold for 25 minutes before we could answer accurately or have knowledge of a break-in. Messages they left were wrong numbers upon returning their calls.
Description of Work: Had previous residents Smith Alarm System upgraded and monitoring services started.
