The install went as expected and the monthly service has started. The install took about 2 hours from start to finish as Smith Security took over the existing ADT/Brinks equipment only having to install a couple of additional sensors. This interactive panel (2gig) is much more informative and flexible compared to the ADT system I had. I also upgraded in a couple of places in the house to hopefully make it more secure/safe. Smith Security seems like a quality company and I contacted them based on reviews and recommendations. They were cheaper and had the same equipment.

Alarm System updated promptly w/ multiple upgrade options. Service Rep did not leave security signs or window stickers at residence. Alarm monitoring company phones the residnet in case of false alarm, monitoring company put us on hold for 25 minutes before we could answer accurately or have knowledge of a break-in. Messages they left were wrong numbers upon returning their calls.
