Steve was great! My AC went out in the middle of the summer and he was able to work with me and get a new one installed within a week. Reasonable price as well!

Was looking to replace both my AC units after being told by different AC companies that they were old and needed to be replaced. I had Steven come out to give me a quote and he was very honest and said I only need to replace 1 unit. He explained everything really well and his pricing was very reasonable and better than everyone else. Very laid back, no hassling whatsoever and easy to work with. I am very pleased with the work that he did and would highly recommend. He will be my go to person for any future heating or AC needs.

Best service I have ever received with an AC contractor. I have used about 4 different AC companies ranging from large companies to locally owned. As a single mom and small buisness owner I always feel apprehensive contacting someone. For large repairs like AC units. If you’re considering SHR A/C & Heating look no further. They will be honest and trustworthy when it comes to your repair. I won’t consider anyone else for my commercial or my residential units.

For close to 8 years, SHR has been my go-to for all HVAC matters, big and small. Very responsive, honest and dependable, and the work has been top-notch on jobs ranging from clearing a clogged drain line to installing a new system. Very satisfied customer!

would recommend anyone to not use this company. did not have a good experience with them. installed new ac in our remodel. did not install correctly. no junction box on wiring (potential fire hazard), wiring on exterior not properly shielded (dog could easily chew through unprotected wire and be electrocuted) and wiring was rubbing against sharp metal (see pic) that was quickly cutting it because it was not installed properly. all units installed leaked on the inside of our home because the "professional" did not know you were supposed to use a torque wrench to properly tighten the line connections. did not clean up after themselves, left trash all around the areas they worked and i had to clean up myself to keep working on the house (see pics). they had me pay them telling me they were almost done with install so i trusting them paid, and now A YEAR LATER finally got them to finish/properly install them were i could actually use the ac without it leaking on our new floors, which it did and we showed them and they did not offer to repair or do anything about that. Steven has probably been out around 15 times to our house over the last year as we tried to get him to install the ac's properly. and i know he took jobs and put them in front of us instead of finishing the job he had already been paid for because he was working across the street when he had "finished" our house. most of the problems he eventually fixed because we kept on him about it and we had other professionals come out to tell us what he did wrong. last time he came we had a carrier technician come out with him to tell him how to do things properly. Don't let Steven take advantage of you, he'll just say things are fine and thats how its supposed to be. there are still little things that aren't done properly that i need to have them fix but its so stressful to deal with this company over and over again. anyways i could go on but hopefully that's enough to tell anyone not to use this company. not professionals, do not trust.

The service was very professional they came out at the exact time they had prearranged with us. Before any repairs were done they put tarps on the floors to make sure there wasn't going to be any mess. After the replacement and repairs were done Steven took us through everything they did for us. The indoor system looked like something out of a magazine they really took their time and made it so nice and neat even though it was in our ATTIC! Steven also took the time to explain exactly how the system worked and a lot of tips to save us money in the future. I am so happy with our new system and our new friends at SHR. They were AWESOME!
