He tried to charge me $90 for a diagnostic to show my what I already know is wrong with the system.
The worst customer service of any provider I have ever dealt with.
STAY AWAY. Use a more reputable company
"I never came out to do any work, or estimate, I spoke with customer on phone, he told me he needed 2 sprinkler heads replaced, and that he had an electrical problem of some sort on his control unit. I told him the heads would be $35 a piece to replace, and that I would need to diagnose the system to find out exactly what the electrical problem is. I told him that would run him $90.00 , he didn't want to pay that, so I told him to find someone else, we never met, nor did I show up to do any work for him. Let's be man, and talk with honesty here, our reviews are won, with good honest work, not doing work for free in exchange."

A quick example: one wall had a few holes in it from anchors that were removed. Instead of repairing the small holes first, they painted over them. I had to go behind them and do it myself. (in addition to repainting some spots on the ceiling)

We don't patch, holes unless you advise us to do so, when we are fulfilling a coupon, because it's not part of coupon and will aquire extra charges, and we don't like to give any customer an unwanted charge at the end, unless you request for us to do the repair. Sorry for the confusion, but you can check the fine print on the coupon. Thank you for your feedback."
Within 4 hours they had completely redone my large bathroom/laundry room. They moved my washer and dryer without complaints and dealt with a nosey dog and cat with a smile.
I wanted the second bathroom redone. There was some ceiling damage that would take time to repair. He gave me a fair quote, similar to the rate I paid for the angies list coupon. They could have easily upcharged me here, as I could never do these repairs on my own. However, again, they were more than fair. They patched the issues in the wall and ceiling and went to lunch, so no time was wasted. They stayed unti lthe job was done and cleaned up very well after.
I think the highlight was when they pulled the light socet plate off to paint, some of the wall came out where it had been carelessly patched. There would have been a gap if not repaired. They repaired this at no cost, even though it was due to poor workmanship during construction and not their fault.
I plan to do some more work in the near future on our home and will have these guys back for sure.

Spent a lot of time talking about other things that need to be done to keep our home in good repair.
Even took pictures to show me how full the gutters were and had good recommendations
to improve our drains etc. Very very nice and helpful.
