Share Cleaning

Our maid was out on maternity leave and we needed a fill-in maid service. The ladies came and did a basic wipe down of the surfaces in the house. No deep cleaning. The charge was more than I pay our normal maid, but still what I would call fairly priced. I thought the quality could be better, so I would give them an overall B+.

They did a good job. I had them clean the entire house; they the kitchen and refrigerator too.  Four house cleaners came out and they were here the whole time.

They weren't that thorough, and I had to pay more. I didn't get all that I had paid for and I wouldn't hire them again.

They did not do everything they said they would do.  They were all talk and no action.  I would not recommend them or hire them again.  I think they are a waste of time.  It would have been a good deal had they actually done some work.  But it was so minimal that I could have had a couple of 10 year old's in here to do the same thing.  I was so upset. 

The service was okay. There were no additional charges for the work.

Did a lot of chatting and then did not have time to finish the job.

They did a good job.

If I need them to concentrate on one certain area they will take care of this for me, such as say blinds.  They go the extra and take care of things.  Usually one of the owners comes out and this makes a big difference to me as they take responsibility for their employees.

The service turned out great. It was more of a spring cleaning catch up. The work was done well.  I didn't find them to be unique or different, and so I wouldn't use them again.

Two ladies came. They worked really hard. The only thing was, it didn't leave that fresh "Pine-Sol Clean" smell, which I expected. The time they cleaned didn't cover my whole house, which was a little disappointing, as well.

Everything went great. We are still using them a year later. I am very pleased with their services.

It went ok.  After the crew left I found several spots they didn't clean.  I also noticed the floor was still very dirty but hard to see until you walked on it with bare feet.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was great. It was perfect. There were no extra charges. The pricing for the deal was great but it was more than I could do so it didn't make sense for me to continue the service. The quality was pretty good. They were super responsive. They did a good job but it wasn't good enough to continue going forward. The Big Deal was great but I probably wouldn't do it again unless they lowered their prices.

Good. The ladies worked quickly and did a lot. They didn't stay near the amount of time on the deal and rugs, etc. Were still left dirty. There was also a definite language barrier.

They came. They cleaned.  Missed some items, but mainly satisfactory.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They did okay for a while but I didn't keep them. They were kind of unprofessional. I would not recommend them. They missed things and I had to keep calling them. I wasn't satisfied with the cleanliness of it.

OK.  During cleaning they bent a drapery rod (it was cheap).  It would have been nice if they had left a note apologizing, but I just bent it back.
