They carefully packed my complete household including a large amount of glassware. Not one item was broken or damaged in any way. The process for unloading and placing each box where it was to go in my new home was especially efficient and effective. The only problem with my move was on the first day with not a full team present which caused some problems with procedures and continuityl The very best thing with the move was the employees! They were pleasant, helpful, hardworking, polite and more. A special "star" should go to my team leader.

I had a very good experience with them. The price seems high, but they were very, very good. They were worth it. I would use them again.

Was recommended this company by a friend and they did not disappoint. They showed up and introduced themselves and asked what was being moved. I gave them the instructions and they Immediately started working on wrapping things up. They wrapped everything that could possibly be scratched in blankets to ensure nothing would be damaged. They were efficient and professional. I felt secure in knowing they had everything under control. I would definitely recommend this company to move you.

I have moved many times in my life since growing up in the military brings with it changing locations every two years or so.   So I have had my fair share of experiences involving movers.  My move was scheduled for 9:00 am in the morning.  And sure enough just before 9 they begin showing up.  The very first thing I noticed was the organization of this company.   The men immediately began unloading there moving tools and working on how they would be moving all my boxes, furniture and things.  The crew lead approached me to introduce him self and explain how things would work.  He was very polite, respectful, and approachable.  I was very impressed by the care they used with my things.  All the men were very respectful and moved everything with great care.  They even disassembled my sons bunk beds that took me a few hours to put together.  The next thing that surprised was the speed they were moving.  Before I knew it just a few hours had gone by and they had my 2 bedroom apartment loaded into there truck, boxes furniture and all.  We broke for lunch and met up at my new place a hour later.   Just as fast as they loaded my things, the truck was empty with the same care and concern that they loaded it with.  Even taking to the time to check and double check everything was put where I wanted it, boxes and all. As well as reassembling the previously mentioned bunk beds which took a HUGE load off of my mind.   With years of moving from one place to another I have to say this was one of the best experiences I had.  They showed as much care with my things as I would have shown.  All of the men were respectful and hardworking.   And every single one of them worked so hard and fast that it made me tired by just watching them.  I will defiantly be using this company in any future moves.

We were very happy with the service provided by Concierge Movers. They were very accommodating with the delivery time and kept us informed of when the driver would arrive. The fridge arrived and was placed where we wanted it without any damage to it or the walls of our home. Brooke Evans and the crew were courteous and professional. A moving company to consider when you want hassle free experience!

Fantastic. They were very professional. They even photographed everything before the move so that they could arrange pottery in the same place on bookshelves.

It went extremely well. Sandy Nauta visited the house, reviewed everything that needed to be moved and provided an estimate. Senior Focused Relocations also offers other services related to the move, helping my parents decide what to take, designing a floor plan for their new apartment, etc. We had already done these things ourselves, so we didn't need the added services.
We set a schedule for the crew to come a pack on day one and move / unpack the next day. (The move was only across town.) We did spend some time organizing the items that had to be moved prior to the packers arriving. This saved them some time on day one, and since the actual charges are based on actual time spent, we saved some money as a result.
Everyone was always on time, professional, and courteous. Tim and his packing and moving crews were great to work with. They went about their tasks quickly and proficiently. No wasted time. The packing and moving were done carefully. No damage to anything. Everything was placed where we wanted it.
I have relocated several times myself, primarily with national companies. This was by far the best moving experience I've been associated with. I would definitely use these folks again.
