Shane Nelson was the sales representative. He was wonderful. He answered every question that I could come up with. He was very helpful. All my questions were answered making me comfortable with the purchase that I was making. Even after I purchased it, he was willing to answer my questions. He told to call back with any questions I might. The customer service of the entire service was great. I have moved to Austin and I want continue my relationship with the dealer because of their great customer service.

I got a reminder from them yesterday about the 3,000 mile service. I like everything about them. They give me a car if I have to finish something that I need to do. They always call me if they find any problems. I like their service. The quality of work is very good. I have never had any problems. I will continue to use them.

there are no hassles or surprises in any of our experiences with Sewell Lexus....that is the biggest compliment I can give an auto dealer; they are professional and respect the customer's time and schedule. I highly recommend them.

I'm fine with the price, though it is more than some other places. They are very customer-oriented. They are proactive. The customer service is better than any other dealer I've gone to. It's a high-class facility.

Everything was fixed correctly. It took 1.5 days but I was given a loaner car (as always) so I was not inconvenienced at all. This dealer has always been very professional and helpful since I bought the car in 2006. One of the first things they did for me was change my brakes to a newer, no brake dust model. This was during the second year I had my car. I brought my car in for an oil change and they asked if I wanted these new brakes at no charge. So here I had new brakes at no charge and no more brake dust on my chrome wheels. About 6 months ago my car would not start. I didn't know what the problem was but within an hour, they came to my house with a loaner and took my car for repair. Great service!

David Bader was timely and responsive to my initial inquiry, thorough in gaining the information necessary to evaluate my need, and noted attention to every detail. He was very honest in helping me determine whether it was best to trade my existing vehicle or not. Having some differing experiences with other dealers nearby, David's pleasant demeanor was a delight to work with, and his follow through on every detail was very refreshing.

I'm very impressed with them. They are awesome. They drive all the way to Arlington to bring me a loaner car. Then my service my car and bring it back to me. The salesman sends me a birthday card. They stay in contact and are very friendly. The service is excellent.
