I spent longer than 18 months and paid more than $400,000 with this company. Senico never hit any of their deadlines. I was promised a working site and they did not deliver. The website has more than 50 pages of problems that Senico apparently does not have the will or ability to fix. The issues grow weekly. There came a point where all I was doing was paying to correct the mistakes of this company..
When I asked them for the Source Codes to the site, they sent me incomplete information, not the Source Codes I paid to have created.
When I asked for the codes to move the site to another company that could repair their mistakes, Senico held the codes ?hostage? unless I signed away my right to sue them. I am now suing them for the following:
FRAUD/INDUCEMENT
FRAUD/MISREPRESENTATIONS AND CONCEALMENT
CONSTRUCTIVE FRAUD
NEGLIGENT MISREPRESENTATION
BREACH OF CONTRACT
BREACH OF IMPLIED COVENANT OF GOOD FAITH AND FAIR DEALING
