ZERO STARS for them.  They are rude, rude, rude.  We bought a townhome in the Addison Circle area in March and this HOA Company has been a huge headache for us and our neighbors.  If I would have known what I nightmare this HOA was going to be; I would not have bought in this area.  They will only send nasty letters to you when you are not in compliance with their ridiculous HOA rules.  These letters are confusing.  But if you call and ask for clarification they give a lot of attitude and basically tell you that are you not complying with the rules and you are in violation.  We have received 2 letters in the 7 months we have lived here.  One was for a very small garden decoration that on our front patio.  They claimed it got in the way of the landscapers  -- it wasn't near the grass at all or in the way at all.  The other letter was saying that our balcony is cluttered with storage items.  WHAT????  We only have patio furniture and a grill.  How is that clutter?  And on top of all of this, we received a 3rd letter stating we were delinquent in paying for our HOA dues.  I have the payment on an automatic bank draft to pay out on the 22nd of each month.  Apparently the HOA dues are supposed to come on in the 10th of each month.  Which according to them, was clearly laid out in our welcome packet.  But it took them 7 months to notify us of this discrepancy.  But they have been charging us interest, late fees, and admin fees for the entire period.  How convenient!  When I called to get this straightened out, they were very unhelpful and rude.  The most they could do was to waive the interest and late fees.  But we are stuck with the steep admin fees.  They blame the "board" for everything and use it as an excuse to be very rude.  In addition to all of this, they do a terrible job of maintaining the property.  And their "pest control" efforts are a joke.  We have had a lot of problems with cockroaches.  I ended up just paying for an exterminator myself because they refused to take care of it.  There is also a huge mosquito problem and they refuse to take care of that as well.  BOTTOM LINE: Do not buy a townhome in Addison Circle Texas -- unless you want to put up with this BS.
