The installation and service have been what I always expect from the phone company;the bill is understandable;the service is predictable and reliable. The Internet service is excellent;I chose the high speed DSL 3-6 MG, and it provides the same speed as cable and is much steadier. I felt like I have much more consistent speed. Additionally, my phone works during ice storms and power outages! I am pleased to have "restored the cord."

THE GUYS WHO CAME OUT WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND EXPLAINED THE PROBLEM THOROUGHLY. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THEIR ATTITUDE AND WORK ETHIC, TO NOT TRY AND PATCH FIX, BUT TAKE THE TIME TO REWIRE IT CORRECTLY THE WAY IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE INITIALLY. AND, WE WERE NOT CHARGED A CENT BECAUSE WE HAVE IN-LINE SERVICE.
