Very pleased with their services. This company clearly is a customer first organization and wants satisfied clients. The treatment made a big difference in my cypress trees - saving them. I also had them trim pecan trees, which they did a very nice job.

Peter, one of the arborists, arrived on time and was very professional. He provided me with a quote that was very competitive to three competitor quotes I had received. The only drawback was we had to wait about one month for the work to be completed but it definitely was worth the wait. Two men arrived before the scheduled time and started unloading their equipment. Then Peter called me to tell me he was on his way as well. He instructed his crew how to trim the silver maple. The men worked hard and gave the tree the best trim it's ever had. They picked up all the branches and put them through the wood chipper. A couple of days later another man arrived with his stump grinder. Benito is the sweetest man and took the time to put large pieces of plywood up against the windows to avoid them getting damaged or dirty from flying bark etc. He left the yard around the stump at exactly the same level as the surrounding grass.

It was easy and simple. They did a great job cleaning up. The tree looks great. They did exactly what they said they would do.

Mr. Hill was very prompt and efficient in assessing the situation and giving his recommendations. For the root barrier, we went with A-1 Piering Systems because they gave us a much better price in the root barrier and could provide this service with installation of piers which were recommended. We hired Mr. Hill for thinning the tree, and his crew was very skilled and did not leave a mess in our front yard.

Sam Hill Tree's trimmed one of my oak trees. it has never looked better. the worker's were all very cordial and hard working. they cleaned up the debris, including getting on the roof and cleaning it and the rain gutters. all in all, the entire experience was very pleasing, they were most professional.

They were very respectful of both sides and did a fine job. The workers were there on time and they were very professional. Every employee was very nice and they cleaned up very well. They definitely knew what they were doing.

Excellent. I've been using this company for several years. They are totally dependable and fair in their prices. Sam is a degreed aborologist from Texas Aand M, so he knows what he's doing. I'm always comfortable taking his recommendations in caring for the many years investment I have in these trees.

The company arrived on time and did exactly what their proposal said they would do. They cleaned up when they were finished and left the yard and the street immaculate.

This is a very professional and knowledgeable company. Everyone is experienced and knows what they are doing and Sam Hill personally starts out the job so his team knows exactly what to do.

THEY ARE VERY GOOD. THEY ARE A LITTLE MORE EXPENSIVE THAN OTHERS, BUT YOU NEVER HAVE TO ASK THEM TO COME BACK TO FIX SOMETHING, THEY DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME.

Sam came to give me an estimate when he said he would, and the work was done just as described. Very good experience.

Great work. Their bid was almost $500 lower (50%) than another contractor and they did great work. I also asked them to prune/trim two other red oaks in our yard and Mr. Hill declined the work stating that this was a bad time of year to prune oaks (concern over oak wilt) but that they would be happy to come back later in the summer to provide a pruning estimate. Very honest!

Contacted company, scheduled an appointment to get an estimate and Sam was right on time and very professional.

This company did very good work for us. The first thing they determined was what disease the tree had and how much time we had before it would fall on our house. The tree was in between our garage and house so it was a very tricky job but the workers were very impressive. There was no damage done to our property at all.

I was very surprised that the area was left clean and they did an excellent job. I was also impressed that they came out the next day from my initial phone call. Price was reasonable. They were very professional and I would recommend them to others.

We initially had them come out to evaluate the health of the tree since it was not producing leaves at the beginning of spring. They diagnosed it as having a fungus and gave a complete write up. Then I requested an estimate which he produced immediately. The office administrator (Betty) was very friendly and answered questions. The team that came to remove the tree (they worked an entire day cutting down the tree) spoke English and were professional as well. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Mr. Hill was, understandably, late for estimate (due to large number of calls after the storm); however his office (Betty) kept me informed. I got lucky (?) in that the damage was sufficient enough to warrant a quick response and was scheduled for next day service. In fact, they were able to start the work on the same day as the estimate (removal of trees) and returned about 8am the next day to remove the debris.

Very impressed right from the start. Not just a pruning or tree removal system. Sam has excellent knowledge of Tree diseases, treatments and how to maintain trees. His first consultation was free!, which I found amazing. He treated several trees that had been buried by construction dirt, and sprayed several in the back that had a fungus. His treatments saved many of the trees in my yard that would have died had we left them after construction and excessive backfill of our lot. We also used him to remove a 60 ft. pecan tree very close to the house. They did an amazing job removing the tree in pieces that overhung our 20 ft windows without incident. Prices were very reasonable as well. Finally took initiative to analyze soil fill and measure distance of dead tree to construction zone, and wrote me a letter to provide my builder saying that one of my trees wasn't killed by construction, but by overfill far from construction site. Very helpful.
