I hired them to pour a concrete pad in my backyard so that a shed could be built on top of it. The guys were very nice and did a great job. It wasn't a huge project, but they finished very quickly and for a reasonable price.

Rosas Construction did excellent work from start to finish: immediate response with a price quote provided; clear communication using both phone calls e-mail & text; prompt scheduling and execution and everything done exactly as promised. Rosas Construction is an owner-operated family business with a very professional, courteous, and efficient crew. It was clear to me that Rosas Construction would give me the look and character I was hoping to achieve with the project; multiple retaining walls and steps. Work started as soon as the agreement was reached, and they finished in the time promised. Rosas Construction delivered everything that was promised and more. No detail left was out. Raul Rosas, the owner, and his crew were a delight to work with. Everyone arrived timely each day and kept the site clean at days end. Raul communicated effectively on a daily basis, I greatly appreciated any of his ideas, suggestions and recommendations on many accounts. The retaining walls and steps are phenomenal, and will last a lifetime. The final product is a true work of art, as his entire crew (& himself) are true artisans. Thank you Rosas Construction!!
