Description of Work: The Roger Plumbing team were very helpful with their guidance. My wife and I were willing to dig our gas line. They described the how and where that resulted in a major savings. Our repair required three visits because of us, not them. One was no charge. They quickly diagnosed our gas grill regulator failed.

Description of Work: Rodgers Plumbing repaired a leak in the hot water line leaving my water heater. All went great and I plan on calling them back for more plumbing improvement work that I plan on having done in my home soon.

Description of Work: We had a pinhole gas leak in the pipe coming out of the ground - into the house. "Tiny" came out, replaced that section of the pipe, and explained the whole permit, repair, test, approve process. The work was performed efficiently and done so politely.

Description of Work: Replaced a bad PRV. Prompt, very courteous and came back out when we thought the problem was not fixed. Turned out to be a running toilet causing hammering. Very pleased with the company. Everyone we talked to were helpful and nice. Definitely will recommend and use again.

Description of Work: Gas log fireplace needed attention. Finally was pointed to Rodger Gulley plumbing. Phone conversation gave me a good sense this was a good outfit to work with. They arrived on time. Polite. Reviewed the problem with the gas log fireplace. He understood what was happening. Made the repair and gave us some hints and tips to keep the fire place safe and operational. Great performance.

Description of Work: My orignal appointment was postponed due to a customer who had a leak being given a priority. If I had been that customer, I would have wanted the priority, as well, so this is not a problem for me. The workman was friendly and efficient, and he was careful not to make a mess. While he did, indeed, clean up after himselft, there was little to clean. I believe this company cares about its customers and wants to see that each one is pleased with the service received.

Description of Work: A water feeder valve would not shut off and I had the outsource clipped while calling RODGERS. All personnel are out on calls could we come tomorrow morning? Sure.SURPRISE---that same evening at 5:30 RODGERS showed up ready to fix the problem. They did not carry a part that was needed. He said no problem, got in the truck and went to get the part. That night the problem was repaired perfectly, is still perfect and RODGERS is our choice. This kind of CRM runs through this fine family of servicepeople. I found RODGERS on ANGIES. RODGERS did the same kind of work and service for me before and they will be doing all my work in the future.
