Rodgers did an excellent job. Their technicians were helpful, friendly, and professional. The work was completed quickly and in a quality manner. I plan to call them again when I have plumbing needs.

He came right out on a Sunday and fixed the problem. He only charged for the actual job he did and didn?t charge us extra as he came out on a weekend. He showed within an hour after I had called, which was very nice. He showed my husband as to what was going on and how to prevent the problem in the future. He was friendly and more than willing to help. We would definitely call him again.

They did a good job. The guy that came was helpful and friendly. It seemed a little expensive, but they told us that upfront. We didn?t really have a choice though.

I noticed that our water heater in the interior of the house had begun to leak one evening and called Rodger's Plumbing the next morning. I spoke with Rodger, who explained the water heater replacement options he could offer. I decided to purchase one that appeared to be a pretty reliable and durable model. Rodger gave me the price of the complete job which involved extensive replacement of the existing copper plumbing. I also requested installation of a new water and gas safety shutoff valve which added $150 to the cost of the job. (The existing valve was no longer operational, but it had prevented the leaking water heater from soaking nearby carpet, so I wanted it replaced.) Within two hours, Jimmy and Cotton arrived with the new water heater. They put down floor covering to protect carpet and quickly went to work. In a couple of hours they had completed the job and were gone.

They were very prompt. They actually rearranged their schedule to come out the same day. They did a great professional job. They did it quickly. The price was reasonable.

The service was good. It's a family owned business. They were prompt, punctual, and did the work. Unfortunately they had to come back a few times to correct the problem, but they didn't charge me for the second or third times.

They were on time, the pricing was on target, and they were able to check other things not initially mentioned. They are very reliable, I have used them several times.

I had a slow leak coming from an outside fawcet. The fawcet and connecting pipe was probably 20-30 years old. I was concerned about breaking the brick to get at it but the technician did a wonderful job and by looking at it, you'd never know there had been work done there. He was on-time, quick and very professional.

I contacted Rodger's to get assistance with a toilet to sewer line leak that I had tried to repair myself and was not able to. The lady that answered the phone at Rodger's was very friendly, diagnosed my problem and since she could tell that I was somewhat handy in trying to repair it myself explained what I did wrong and told me what to do to fix it myself. This was a very nice and generous thing that she didn't have to do. What she told me to do still seemed out of my reach as a shade-tree plumber so I asked her to go ahead and send someone out. She told me at that point that since they would have to go under the house to do the repair, it would be approximately $300. She dispatched Robert and Carlos to my home a mere one hour after I had called, which was approximately 3:00 pm already on a weekday. Robert and Carlos arrived on time and fixed the issue in about 20 minutes. I also told them about a leaky gas valve my home inspector found and they said it just needed tightening and tightened it for free. When making my repair they noticed that I had a bigger problem of the whole drain line they were fixing leaking in various spots and while they could repair the leak right then could not replace the entire drain line until the next day as it was end of day. Because the job was easy to diagnose as I had already tried it myself, they informed me that the repair would only be $125 instead of the quoted $300. They offered to come back and repair the complete line for $285 which I felt was a good deal. I also needed a washer replaced on a leaky shower tub which they quoted at $110. I felt this was a little high for the job but it was an old faucet and I didn't want to break so I agreed and I was impressed with the prices for everything else - right on mark or better. They came out a few days later and did all of the work very quickly and exactly as they had quoted. I will definitely use Rodger's again!

Arrived promptly - but got the call after he was already there instead of beforehand so I could meet him, so he had to wait. :-( Very polite and thorough - went in, had all the proper tools on first try. It wasn't a difficult job and took all of 5 minutes to repair, but I didn't have the gumption to fix it myself so was just glad it was done! The price was kind of high $110, but he said that was the minimum triip charge. Shame on me for not asking for an estimate.

They did a great job. They cleaned up very well and were professional and timely throughout the visit. I will definitely use Rodger's again for future plumbing needs.

I needed this repair done ASAP, so I decided to call Rodger's Plumbing thanks to the high rating on Angie's List. I explained my problem to a very patient women on the phone who gave me an ETA and an estimate. She said she would call again when the plumber was about to arrive. She did and the plumber (Keith) arrived just a few minutes later, right at the ETA. He completed the work quickly and efficiently and cleaned up afterward. The final cost was 6 dollars less than the original estimate. I was very happy with the work done and will definitely turn to Rodger's Plumbing in the future.

I was impressed with the level of service and professionalism. I received same day service (within 2-3 hours of my call), friendly and knowlegdable advice, and a timely resolution to my problem.

I take on small projects (electrical and plumbing) myself and was confident that I could save the $140 Lowes wanted to charge me for installation. The project was going well until I had to reconnect the existing copper water line. I couldn't figure out what kind of fitting I needed to make a secure connection. I called Rodger's expecting to have the entire line replaced (modernize it) but Robert had fittings to make the connection and completed the installation while I was here. It was still $30 less than the Lowes installation, so it didn't cost me much to give it a try myself.

I phoned Wednesday, September 9, scheduled an appointment for Saturday, September 12. I described my problem by phone, and was given an estimate. Carlos came out Saturday morning as scheduled, completed the repair in less than 30 minutes, explained every step in the repair process, and my actuall cost was less than the estimate.

I called their offices in the afternoon not expecting to be able to make an appointment until the next day or maybe even later that week, but they said they could meet me at my house right then! I drove from my office downtown and Robert was already at my house waiting for me. He quickly discovered the source of the leak which was coming from the gas pipeline riser. The nipple had totally corroded and was paper thin. Very dangerous. It was late in the day and too late to get the right size nipple, so he said he would come back at 8:30 to replace it. Of course, he shut off the gas, but was no problem as I still had plenty of hot water. He was at the house promptly at 8:30 the next morning and had it fixed in no time and the gas back on. I never missed a hot shower! He was very professional, prompt and courteous. I'll definately use them again!

It went great from start to finish. They completed the work in a very timely manner as promised. The cost was a little bit higher than the estimate because the two gas valves inside the house had to be replaced as well.

They responded quickly and took very little time to install the system.

I called Atmos Energy and found out the hard way that they don't do anything except turn off your gas. Called Rodger Saturday morning and his son, Keith, came out around 3PM. Although neither of us could figure out what sort of tool was necessary to pull out the valve stem, Keith figured out a way, replaced the washer, repacked the stem, and reinstalled it. While he was at it, he showed me how to clean the drain on a tub that was giving me a problem at no extra charge. This is a family run business - really nice people.

We needed an additional outside water faucet for watering plants, etc. They came, gave us an estimate, and suggested a better (and cheaper) way to accomplish what we needed to do. We got other estimates, but were impressed by their approach and ther estimate. They showed up on time and completed the work in a professional and effifcient manner.

I called them at 1PM on the Friday before the 4th of July. They were able to be at my house at 4:15PM. The solution turned out to be simple, so the fix did not take very long. They performed the work in less than half an hour.

Robert, the service guy, was at our house within 30 minutes after we called. He immediately did the work. He was conscientious about cleaning after finishing.

Prior to his coming out I had already dug out the main water supply line so all he came out to do was sweat the pipe on. He did tell me that had I not dug it out it would have cost more like six hundred rather than one seventy. I called them in the afternoon and the following morning they came out. They were there within about ten minutes of the appointment.
