ROBIN'S LANDSCAPING

HORRIBLE. Within 5 minutes their subcontractor broke the glass in my french doors. AND they didn't finish the job. I was about to have knee surgery. It took them a month to order the replacement glass and it was an ORDEAL. Not professional whatsoever. He tried to get his contractor who broke the door to handle i,t and of course being incompetent, he couldn't. No customer service, no I am so sorry, no let me send someone else to fix your lawn. Just an email box and very slow responses. Super frustrating. Avoid. I don't think Robin knows their contractors that well.

Ralph was great to deal with. He was very responsive and showed up when he said he was going to. His crew was great and courteous. They took out a huge hackberry, a small hackberry, and other limbs, etc. for less than what other estimates were for just one of the trees. His crew did a whole yard cleanup after and it looks like a brand new yard. They even cut a few pieces of wood exactly how I wanted to do a couple projects.

Ralph with Robin's Landscape was great. When he visited for the estimate, I explained our small vision to change our outdated patio to be more open and inviting. All we were thinking of was removing some overgrown boxwoods and adding some color. Ralph also shared that he provided an number of other services that we needed, like trimming our trees (two oaks, three hackberries, several hollies), removing a tree and grinding the stump, repairing our gates, and repairing portions of our sprinkler system. Less than a week later, Ralph returned with a beautiful sketch of a plan for an entire backyard makeover. The cost was beyond what we were willing to spend at the moment, but it was great to see a vision for what the entire backyard could look like over time. We prioritized trimming all our trees, mending the gates, clearing the brush, fixing the sprinklers, and focusing on the patio area alone. Ralph's crew was great. They were hard working and courteous. Ralph appeared once a day to check progress. The entire job took about 4 days. It would have taken less if the trees didn't need so much thinning. I'm very satisfied with the work they did. Our new patio looks great. I highly recommend Robin's Landscape and hope to use them again.

A lot of what we had done were his ideas. He has a good eye for shape and color, and was happy to come up with a plan for us. He is a great landscaper to work with. I really liked his work ethic, and his promise to give us what we contracted for. His workers did a great job, and everything was cleaned up afterwards. He also had the workmen put some concrete down to repair a broken edge along the sidewalk, gratis. We love the new look we have around our home. This took several workers about 1 1/2 days to complete.

This man had so many good suggestions for us. He was knowledgeable and very versatile. He came exactly when he said he would and stuck with the work. He even worked after of hours for us. We think our lawn is very beautiful because of him.
