Roman was great! He was knowledgeable and professional and got our AC working quickly.

Roman was awesome. He worked quickly and explained the issue before he did any repairs. He game me options and costs, then made the repair. He triple checked that the unit was working. He recapped the cost and thanked me for our business. I will absolutely use Rescue Air again, and recommend Roman personally.

I called Rescue Air when my grandfather's A/C stopped working, and the service experience was fantastic throughout. Even though it was the Fourth of July, Rescue Air was able to dispatch a serviceman about thirty minutes after I called. Roman conducted a thorough inspection of our system and was quickly able to diagnose our unit. He was very knowledgeable and communicated clearly what was wrong with our A/C. Professional, punctual, and fair - Rescue went above and beyond our expectations.

Worst customer experience I’ve ever had. Please never use this company. They overcharged me, pretended to not have my payment info even though they were already charging me, and then now two years later when my AC stops cooling they refuse to come help me even though I’ve been paying a monthly service fee this whole time. They even referred me to a competitor… who does that? Not sure how they plan to stay in business, but this does not seem sustainable. Please take my advice and use literally anyone else. Don’t make my very expensive mistake.

Roman came out today to diagnose and repair our A/C unit. I was ecstatic that they had a technician available on a Saturday in the Summer. Another company said they weren’t available until Monday! The lady in the office was friendly and helpful and Roman was quick, professional, and very knowledgeable. We now feel confident having a “go to” for all of our future HVAC needs!

Roman did a great job diagnosing an old dying system that had stopped working. Unfortunately it was time for a new system and he worked to find a replacement that fit my needs. Highly recommend Rescue Air!

The Rescue Air technician, Chase Lowe, came to my place for the work was very professional and patient. He was able to ensure the system worked properly, troubleshoot all the problems I’ve had with the new system, and explained everything to me very well. He also made sure I understood how to use the new system and addressed all my questions for the maintenance services and warranty terms. I highly recommend using Rescue Air and Chase for your AC work.

Allan did a professional job and he answered all questions patiently with more details and also with pros and cons of each aspect considering AC unit being 20 years old. Nice to have Allan for inspecting this unit and having his genuine opinion have made my options more easier as what should I do going forward.

Roman was fabulous. Any time we have had anyone from Rescue Air out, we have had stellar service. I could not recommend them more! They are the most professional and honest company I've ever worked with. We have three units for our house and any time there is an issue, we call Rescue Air. Not once have we felt less than confident we made the right call, whether to check on something or to install a new system... these guys are good. Roman really went above and beyond on helping us resolve our AC issues. We have friends in the business; when they see Rescue Air's AC installation even they have been very impressed at the work they do.

I was impressed with the company from the moment I submitted a request to contact me through yelp. I got a response in under 10 minutes and the technician, Roman, was dispatched same day. The company does not assign you a window, but rather calls and lets you know when a technician is about half hour away. I got a text with info of who was coming to the house and a picture. The technician was thorough and showed me what was happening with my unit. He gave me several options to either repair or replace the unit. There were no high pressure sales or trying to sell you something you don’t really need. The company offers a couple of different financing options and can do the install within a couple of days. They also offer an affordable maintenance plan so that your new investment performs at the highest capacity. Highly recommend if you’re looking for maintenances, repairs or a new AC unit.

Exceptional Customer Service! We meet with Everett L to determine our best options for replacing our heating and air conditioning system. He was honest, professional - very knowledgeable. We shopped 4 Top Tier companies and decided on Rescue Air due to his professionalism, his engineering expertise. On the day of the installation we meet Erick Sandoval installation lead, his installers - Eduardo and Daniel. Erick and I discussed the issues we were having in our house, hot spots in the summer, cold in the winter - poor airflow. He and his team surveyed our system and came back to me with his recommended solution - great communicator! What happened next was truly exceptional. Our original system was not placed in the attic correctly. Erick suggested we move the placement of the system in the attic - to do so - involved his team building a new platform in our attic requiring 2x6's joist installation w 3/4 inch plywood deck etc - a lot of work. Rescue Air made this decision because it was the RIGHT thing to do for us! It would solve our airflow issues and support efficiency in the long run. They did NOT ADD ON ANY extra fees / costs for doing so - they did this on their own - for their customer benefit.!! ON Rescue Airs' installation agreement they have 7 Guarantees listed - no frustration, no lemon, comfort 100% back ...- this companies culture supports these pledges! The exceptional service continues - when placing the outside unit - RA landscaped the area - brought in white marble rock, leveled the deck area using bagged top soil and they moved the unit away from adjacent unit and house (more efficient air flow). They replaced two outside circuit breaker boxes / panels. All at no extra cost! Each member of RA was very careful in placing drop clothes, cleaning up dust, use of booties etc.. The bottom line for us - this is our HVAC company for life - they do what they say - do it very well - do what is right no matter the cost to them - they mentor their employees - their employees have pride in their work - they are professionals - I highly recommend Rescue Air!! Our new system is fantastic - air flow is exceptional - the air quality is an 11 out of 10. And for the skeptics out there - I don't write reviews - I am not a paid spokesman - this company is exceptional in delivering great service - I appreciated their taking their time / applying their knowledge and solving our HVAC issues - they are problem solvers - great listeners!

Roman was an absolute god send! We have an infant and our ac went out in this terrible 100+ degree summer heat so naturally, I was very concerned. Roman came out the same day we called, I was thrilled! Everything from my first call to when he was leaving was incredibly professional and a well oiled machine. His office staff are professional and friendly. They keep you informed as your appointment spot in line gets closer. They texted me a picture of Roman as he was on his way to our home, a nice added comfort for this new mom! He got us back up and working quickly and we are so thankful!! His depth of experience and knowledge is so appreciated. He was able to troubleshoot and figure out the unusual answer to our problem. He went above and beyond. Their maintenance program is fantastic too! Glad to know we will be staying on top of our maintenance for an incredibly reasonable rate. Thanks again Roman!!

I initially only called to have them repair 1 system, but the 2nd system failed before they arrived. So, I asked them to fix both. Since 1 system was covered under a 10 year parts & labor warranty, he recommended I get the company who installed it, repair it. Didn't do any troubleshooting on it. Issue ended up being something not covered under the warranty, so I was out a 2nd service call charge from the other company. Second system was repaired well, professionally. Recommended I clean the outside unit ASAP, and even showed me how. While I was cleaning it, I noticed the low voltage wire about 2' from the unit was stripped (eated on). If I hadn't noticed it and repaired it myself, it would have been another service call soon after. The tech should have caught that issue - I did, and I'm not a AC tech.

ROMAN with RESCUE AIR HEATING AND COOLING came out to our home immediately on a Sunday. He was so friendly and knowledgeable. It is working better than it has the whole time we have lived in our home. We can't say thank you enough to this company for their amazing customer service.

I was impressed from the time I called for an appointment until the service technician left! This was the first time I had used Rescue Air but it won't be my last. Roman was the technician's name and he was very professional and knowledgeable. After asking me questions about my unit and looking at it, he explained that the problem was extremely low freon. Without being pushy, he also pointed out a few things I might want to address in the future because my unit is old. When I get ready to do that, I will definitely call Rescue Air again.
