TG&C Enterprise llc dba Renowned Renovation

I had a great experience during my recent renovation at my home. I had roof framing work done but also added on some other minor projects along the way. Grant and Darryl are both good guys while also providing solid customer service. They were quick to respond in a positive fashion and address any concerns that I had. The work that they did was pretty outstanding. The project took a little longer than expected but summertime is always a busy time for renovation projects so this was to be expected. They brainstormed and creatively came up with solutions throughout. I've managed projects through my job for years so I have experience working with PM's and contractors. My other half and I are both extremely happy and plan on using them again in the future on other projects for our home. We both have high standards especially when it comes to our house. We've already discussed some potential future projects so that we already have ideas in mind. Darryl went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy with everything as clients, which was really appreciated. I would recommend Renowned Renovations to friends, family, or really anyone looking to do a renovation project on their home. They know what they're doing, provide quality work, and make the experience personable along the way.

They did some work at a neighbors and burst a pipe, so they had to come down to my house and fix it because it was causing water issue. They did a good job. They covered the cost for this service because of their negligence. They were good. They gave me an estimate for other services. I will be using them next week.

We chose Renowned Renovation to do the complete renovation of our old (1970s) kitchen because of how highly they were rated on several rating sites. And our experience matched those good reviews. Renowned was flexible enough to "roll with the punches," like when we discovered where the electrical for the kitchen island and the drain for the island sink and dishwasher came out of the slab, requiring digging a trench and rerouting them to fit inside the new design footprint for the new, smaller island. It didn't all go completely seamlessly, but it wasn't Renowned Renovation's fault that the supplier didn't get the slabs for the countertops here from Houston for a week and a half. Aside from that glitch, though, we love their workers, who did their jobs here professionally and quickly, and who patiently worked with us when we had questions and who regularly asked us for our preference when they had more than one way to install something. And we are so very happy with the end result! We still find ourselves walking into the kitchen and just enjoying how good it looks, and how well the layout now works for us. We couldn't be happier with how it all turned out, and enjoy being in it every day.

Top notch experience. High quality work and what sets them apart in my mind from other experiences I've had is the communication. Very responsive, very clear at each stage. I had them do work over the Holidays in my home when we were out of town and every day I got photos of work completed (without my even asking...) & they reacted quickly to any feedback I had.
