Renovate Dallas

I really like the owner of the company. He is a very nice man and was quite responsive to our needs during the renovation. However with much sadness I must say that 3 1/2 years after the completion of our renovation, our improvements are not aging very well. The two bathrooms that the contractor worked on both have leaking shower pans, from the second floor to the first floor. The kitchen floor was not leveled properly, and many of our tiles are cracking and the grout has completely failed on one side of the kitchen. Some of the painting that was done is already starting to flake and peel. We are having to go back and correct many of these problems to the tune of an additional $20,000. We are very disappointed. This contractor came heavily recommended by two good friends of ours who had positive experiences. I'm sad that ours was not so good.

Louis is a very nice guy, but we have had a lot of problems with the areas he worked on. Renovation is not aging well. We have 2 leaking showers that will require expensive and extensive repairs, and our kitchen floor was not leveled properly and the grout has failed and tiles are cracking all over. It is going to cost us about $20k to fix all the problems. Very frustrated.

It went well. I would hire these guys again. They are straightforward and professional.
