They made it as smooth and seamless a process as possible. They were very efficient and kept a clean job site! To me, being clean is very important, especially when you have a file of dirt in your bathroom.

Reeves did a tremendous job at a great price for us. We had them out twice and both times they were quick and the best priced. For the front sewer line replacement, they were more than half the costs of other quotes and they did a great job. The second time they came out to replace to take out the old tub, replace the drain and then install a new tub. They also fixed the toilet drain for us that was clogged from years of wear. Both jobs went great. Friendly office staff to get it set up and friendly workers on site. Highly recommended!!

Reeves was called on the weekend when I noticed that I had a leak when my water meter wouldn't stop spinning. They decided it was a slab leak and wanted to come back. I was charged $275 for them just to come to my house. While they were there I had them quote replacing the main shutoff valve for the house and adding a PRV to reduce the pressure. Their quote was $1,500. I have a good idea of the work involved to complete this project, and this felt very high to me. I have since found another plumber to do the job for $500. Since they did no work for me, I can't comment on the quality of their work. However, I'd strongly recommend you get other quotes before having them do any work, because they don't mind taking you to the cleaners.

Reeves Family Plumbing was professional and considerate from the moment they answered the phone. Juan and Julio arrived at the scheduled time after calling ahead to let me know they were on their way. They assessed the work required to clear the stoppage accurately, and they went about doing what they said they would do on time and at the quoted price. Understand that I did my homework on what price to expect and the work required to complete the job. Reeves was fair and under other quotes the Juan and his team were a model of professionalism. Excellent work!!

Went just fine. Since it was the weekend expected premium price. Plumber handled the task and we had an operational bathroom again.

The Sunday before hosting my very first family Christmas, my sink just dropped right out from under the counter top. Just, boom! On a Sunday night, I managed to find my way through neighborhood recommendations to Reeves Family Plumbing. They responded within hours and had someone scheduled to come out the very next day to reset the sink. Later that same day, another crew came to repair all the plumbing that had broken off from the wall under the sink. Everyone was prompt, professional, tidy and the work has never had a problem (this review is more than a year after the event).

I have called Reeves Family Plumbing on at least one other occasion when we had a leaking AC unit. They didn't even charge me for that service call since they ended up referring me to an AC service instead. I don't hesitate to recommend them.

Crew was punctual, polite and professional. They went out of their way to avoid killing landscape and garden plantings, when possible. Removed, replaced sod in front yard well enough that it was barely noticeable when they were done. Price for total job was less than other company had quoted for just the re-route. Have already recommended to several co-workers and will definitely call if any plumbing issues arise in the future.

The plumber came out and looked at the tub. He called me when he was there (I was not able to be there) and told me that to diagnose the problem further he needed to remove part of the tile wall.  I asked if he could do any further diagnosis of the leak without removing the tile, and he told me he could not.  I declined to let him tear tile out, and he left, billing me $75 for a service call.
I decided to try to find the leak myself.
1] The faucets were still sealed with caulk, so the plumber had not made any attempt to look at the faucet to locate if the leak was coming from a location where the valve could be replaced without removing the wall.
2] After 15 minutes of analysis, I determined that the leak was coming from the drain. I had another plumber come repair the drain, accessing it inexpensively through wood siding.
In my opinion, the plumber did not make any significant attempt to locate the leak which is what I hired him to do.
When I called to ask for a refund the first time, my call was not returned.
The second time I called, I got all kinds of reasons, including:
- leak detection is more expensive, $140 per hour, that's not what you asked for. (seems to me this is the first part of leak repair)
- we have to remove tile to see where the leak is. (the leak was not behind the tile, and I, as a non-plumber, easily found the leak without removing tile)
- etc... talked in circles for 10 minutes and I finally gave up on getting my refund.

The weekend before Christmas, my sink dropped out of our concrete counter, breaking off a pipe from inside the wall on its way down. Brian Vanetti made sure that I was taken care of in time for Christmas dinner. That Monday morning, Steve Zandy came out to reinstall the sink, and another two hours later, Brian made sure that two plumbers fit me in to their schedule to finish up. They fixed up the pipe, which they had to cut into the wall to access, as it had broken off deep inside. There was no mess left behind. I was very pleased. They were very professional and thorough. The sink is working beautifully, no drips, no problem.

I was looking for someone to detect and repair a slab leak.  They said they could do it, but after explaining the situation, they recommended I go to another company.   Any company that would put the customer first gets my business.

service was great.  I felt sorry for them because they had to dig under a sidewalk and it was in the hot summer months. 

Fast, professional, and reasonably priced. I have recommended them in the past and will do so in the future.

On Nov 1st came to the house to replace value in both toilets and remove junk from tube in master bed room and check stopper in sink and to remove the screen in the new faucet in the kitchen, left to get parts for toilet came back fixed issue within one week the sink that they had remove the screen started leaking called talk to a lady who said she could get some one back out a couple of day later  On Nov 16th my husband was at home to wait for the plumber I was at the doctors when I received a message that they would be out shortly they never showed. I called the next day and talk to a man who ask why I called a day later and then said that they do not  come out unless they know someone is going to be there and that he called me over 4 times I told him my cell phone only show 1 call and that no one every called my house, I ask to speak to him manager because he was very rude he said he wife was the owner and that he does not want to do business with me and that this conversation was over

They were on time and professional.
