They are reliable and easy to work with.  Even in rainy and challenging weather they make it happen. The pricing is fair.  In over three years I have had no complaints whatsoever. 

I have been using Red's Lawn service for over two years and find they do a very good job in regards to mowing. If I am not happy with anything, they will always come back and redo the work. Overall for the price, dependability and professionalism, this is a very good company and I recommend them highly.

I have been using this company for two years now, every other week to cut my yard, edge and trim bushes. Trimming bushes is an extra cost. They are dependable and I have been very satisfied with their work. I can always contact them if I need something special done, like raking or cutting weeds along the fence in the alley.

I paid $25 per service. Henry Castro is the owner. I would recommend others not to trust anything you tell him to do. I fired him. I have a $3000 landscape that I had put in, in my front yard and there was one of his guys that mows, one guy that blows the leaves and one guy that does weeding. The guy that did the weeding wacked most of the plants in the landscape. They did not replace it but they just offered not to charge me for that service. They are not walking on my property again. The trouble was that, they have a two-person team and only one of the two speaks English. I still think they should have known. The landscape area is clearly demarked with borders and edging and they went right in and wacked. Their pricing is average. When they were standing inside my landscape and blowing the leaves out, they were walking on my plants. I called that to their attention and they offered not to charge me for that particular mowing. They never offered to pay for the damages though. Their punctuality is good. They were here every time they said they would be here and that to me is being professional.

They did not do what they told me they were going to do. The trees grew back rather quickly. They came and did the work, but they did not do what I wanted them to.

I was hoping they would be more assertive about what needs to be done, rather than just doing standard work - mowing, blowing, and going.

I needed a new lawn care company and called Red's. He called me back VERY quickly and we set up an estimate. He priced the bi-weekly lawn care and told me he would do add-on services on an as needed basis. So we use the service and when we need shrubs trimmed or flower beds cleared out, all we have to do is call. Love it!

I contacted Red's lawn service, and they were out doing the work the next day. These guys work hard...something I wouldn't do out in the heat of the day. I got more than I bargained for. I will bring them back for more work.

They are always on time, and showing up when they are supposed to. They get back to me with in 24 hours when I have questions. They are very reasonable with their prices. I have never had to call them back for anything.

It went smoothly. From the moment of contact to the 1st of 3 mowings, there have been no surprises and no complaints. they are doing what they said they will do. Another thing I really like, the crew is provided with a really, sharp new truck with the name of the company detailed on the sides - looks good. This is a nice neighborhood and Red's comes off as a professional service. I appreciate that. My next door neighbor is going to use them, as well.

This crew tackled every problem described above and didn't leave until everything was finished to look professional. My wife and I had forgotten how nicely our property could look. Henry's crew (only 2 men) mowed, trimmed, edged, trimmed all hedges, cleaned out flower beds, got rid of weeds in walkways and cleaned up everything when they got through. They worked over two hours working hard, fast, and without taking a break to get this all done.

When I called for a quote on several items, Henry answered promptly and came the next day to leave a quote. Some of the work I needed accomplished he wasn't able to do, but he recommended someone else (his cousin) and even arranged for his cousin to come by and leave a quote. When his cousin came, Henry accompanied him and explained in detail what I needed. I seriously haven't received this kind of quality service ever. Throughout my entire experience with Henry, he's been professional and prompt in getting back to me. Before Henry completed his work, my backyard was a disaster with holes where I had removed old tree stumps and bushes. The result was a very uneven, muddy mess with very little existing grass. His crew came in, filled the holes, removed my brush pile, and laid sod. I had called him on Monday morning, we scheduled for Wednesday, and he called me on Tuesday to let me know his crew was arriving at my house to begin the work a day early. Amazing! I was working under a tight timeline and they came through. My only complaint on the quality side is that the workers left quite a bit of dirt on the walkway and the lawn was still very lumpy, but considering the state of the yard and the fact that he didn't charge me for all the extra dirt they had to bring in unexpectedly to fill the holes, I can hardly complain.
