Another contractor had recently incorrectly installed a new toilet in my hall bath. It had begun to leak around the bottom. I called my home warranty company and they dispatched RCA Services. They sent Glenn out and he promptly took care of the problem. He was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. He explained problem to me in detail.

I also found out in talking with Glenn that they do Heating and Air Sales and Service.

You can bet that  whether I need plumbing or air conditioning and heating service , I will specify that my home warranty company dispatches RCA services, and, preferably Glenn.

I am a former property manager, and I believe in giving credit where credit is due.

Company contact, Clint Fain, called to let me know the service technician, Glenn, was on his way.  Glenn was professional, friendly, honest, and extremely helpful from start to finish.  He offered advice, went and bought parts, knew what he was doing, did not try to "rip" me off as some plumbers have. and completed the work to my satisfaction.

I would definitely use them again.  In fact, he is coming back Friday to install a garbage disposal and clear my kitchen drain.  I was extremely pleased with the service I received and highly recommend this company.
