Flooring
The rep from Quick Step came out and said that the contractor didn't put in our flooring correctly and the flooring came apart rather quickly. Their price was still very good and their locking mechanism was very good we were told. Their sales rep was here within two weeks, but when he came in he had the problem down pretty quickly. Quick Step was fine. I believe the issue was not the flooring, but maybe the house or that installation by our contractor. So far it has held up to our dogs, and we have a couple big dogs, there is no scratches on it.
