Took longer than I wanted, but given the circumstances was fast as possible.

They are reliable and will tell you when it's a cheaper solution to buy a new PC than repair one.  Because they do commercial work as well as consumer, there is sometimes a wait, but they are worth it.

I should have just bought another printer because it cost almost double than what buying a new printer would have cost me. They were recommended to me by a friend and they were good. It took them two or three days to get around to ordering the part which I though was kind of strange. But once they got everything tuned up it worked but for the price I should have just got a new printer. It cost me $177 and when I bought my printer it was only $160. They were very responsive when I talked to them and they were very professional. I didn't meet any of the technicians because they work in the back so I just talked to the front desk. I did ask them to call me when my printer was finished which took a whole week. When the guy called me he was Chinese I think and I couldn't understand what he was saying, and also the phone was breaking up too.

I dropped the CPU off at Quality Hi-Tech's office. I was told that diagnostics and repair would take 2 to 4 days. I was asked to pay the labor charge of $95.00 up front and was told that if any parts were needed, someone would contact me with pricing info and get my approval to install the part. They contacted me the following day and stated that they needed to replace the power source and it would involve a $40.00 charge (plus tax). I approved the part and picked up my CPU that afternoon. The whole process (drop off to pick up) took a little over 1 day - so they well exceeded their time estimate.

I'm pleased with the work of this repair service. They were quick and efficient. They definitely know computers inside and out. I was impressed by their knowledge and they also explained several things to me so it was a learning experience for me.

THE SERVICE WAS GOOD, NO COMPLAINTS. THEY WERE ON TIME.
