STEER CLEAR! Worst contractor I've ever dealt with. Con: - expensive - shoddy work - doesn't respect deadlines - one day job turned into 2 weeks - no responsibly for mistakes - totally unreliable - callous attitude toward client - had to hire someone to clean up his mess Eric promises much but delivers little. Comments regarding other companies being on time and responsible reflect he does not respect or e xpect this from his team. Gave him opportunity to make it right but he declined to respond.
