I attempted on (6) separate occasions to remedy my issue and each CSR that I talked to promised that a supervisor would call me back. In all six attempts, they never called me back. I tried to take care of this through them, but they would never acknowledge my complaint. The Handyman that was assigned to this job said that I would have to pay for the work before he sourced the materials. He called me back two days later to tell me that he could not complete this work because he could not find the stone pavers that matched my patio. I began my calls to PULS that same day and over the following two weeks I was never given the opportunity to speak to someone to share my concerns. I attempted to solve my issue on an amiable basis, but they left me no recourse but to dispute the charges. I have also sent pictures of what I wanted them to fix and to this day it remains unfinished but I was charged for the work.
