House Cleaning
This company was hired by our building to clean our offices. The first few weeks the company really tried hard to keep everyone happy. As the manager of one of the offices, I got a personal visit from Andy Yi the Client Relations Associate. I was impressed at first, then Andy started stopping by unannounced and often. He was very angry when I told him I did not have time for unscheduled visits and if he would just please email me if he needed to touch base. After that discussion our service went from good to terrible. Within a few months, our lease was up and the management of the building had gotten so bad, we decided to move out. Once the cleaning service heard we were going to move out, they stopped cleaning our suite altogether. They refused to take out our trash or even sweep the floors. I called and emailed Andy, but he did not respond. I asked the building manager to contact him and she said she did not get any response from him either. I am so disappointed in their unprofessionalism.
