The collector was angry threw something and caused damage to a residents car. I was shocked because he used profanity to us. I also have noticed hidden charges with bills and there is never an explanation as to what is for. The company seems to be under staffed, I have called to report this to management and no one in the company seems to help get this resolved.

We've been using ISEI for five years or so and they are very good. They even come on the holidays. They don't miss a day and we pay them every three months.
